Our panel of services goes from transaction to property management, via renovation and arrangement, or even consulting about current topics linked to real-estate. Now getting bigger through the development of a furnished-rentals service, associated with a small repairs and maintenance company, our team is involved in a process of quality and fast reaction. We interviewed him about the various expansion projects of the two agencies and his vision of the market. LAURENT STELLA Est le Responsable des ventes des agences Campel & Partners. Nous l avons questionné sur les projets de développement des agences et sur sa vision du marché immobilier. Can you introduce Campel & Partners in brief? We are specialized in selling and buying mainly residential properties, whether as principal residence or investment. We work in all the 20 arrondissements of Paris, but we are more involved in the 8th, 16th and 17th arrondissements, where our agencies are located. What is your true added value? As our trade is constantly evolving, we are trying new methods. We tend to adopt a moderne approach, using the tools of our century. We are now able to satisfy all our clients thanks to these tools (either selling or buying) with innovative methods that guarantee our rapidity of execution, and even more, an increased security about our buying clients. The real-estate market has been deemed as «disturbed» for the last few years. What do you think about it? We know that selling or buying a real-estate property is often a large scale patrimonial operation and can be quite stressful. We use our expertise so that your experience with Campel & Partners is a complete success. Thanks to the new methodology, Campel & Partners became the first realtor in the 16th and 17th arrondissements, as much as sales are concerned, with more than 200 hundred properties for sale. Our goal is of course to maintain a human dimension in our relationships with clients, with of course our consulting duty. Nous savons que la vente ou l achat d un bien immobilier représente souvent une opération patrimoniale de grande envergure et peut être génératrice d angoisses. Nous nous employons à mettre tout notre savoir-faire en la matière à votre service afin que l expérience Campel & Partners soit un succès de chaque instant. De ces nouvelles méthodes, Campel & Partners est devenue leader, en termes d offres de biens à la vente, sur les marchés du 16ème et du 17ème avec plus de 200 biens. Philippe Tasso, Séverine Rebout, Laurent Klein and Anne-Valérie Audibert managed to join their personalities, their skills and their complementary visions in one group of independent people to create the NOOR Interior Design Agency. Together, we are designing the interiors of apartments and private houses, shops, offices or hotels. What are your main works and services? Our role consists in accompanying a buyer in the renovation and designing of the place. We are listening to the client s demands and offer them solutions that fit their needs at best. We are currently renovating our last hotel in the Madeleine neighborhood, that should be achieved by next September. It is designed in the spirit of a Parisian couture house. We plan the renovation of a place from A to Z, from the curtains, to the drawings, estimates, follow-up of works, and the choice of furniture We like working with raw and delicate materials such as linen, velvet or marble; combining old objects, marked by time, with contemporary materials, but still keeping the spirit of the place and our clients character. How long have you been in Paris? The agency was created in 2007, and we settled in our current shop four years ago. It is an old boutique, in one of the most beautiful streets of the 18th arrondissement. Have you noticed an evolution in requests? We have more and more people asking us to make a real living room out of the kitchen, by annexing the dining room. Children have now their own bathroom and the TV is no more in the sitting room, but has its own room. Fluidity of circulation and space optimization have become a priority. What are the works that you remember best? Why? We designed the secondary home of one of our Parisian clients. It is a beautiful old house, in the Morbihan Gulf, from where you can see the ocean from all windows. We worked with a local architect to create an extension and made the whole interior comfy and convivial. We gave the feeling of an authentic old house that had always been there, notably by using old objects and materials. Philippe Tasso, Séverine Rebout, Laurent Klein et Anne-Valérie Audibert ont regroupé leurs personnalités, leurs compétences, et surtout leurs visions complémentaires, au sein d un collectif d indépendants pour créer l agence NOOOR Architectes d Intérieur. Nous réalisons ensemble vos projets pour des appartements et maisons privées, des boutiques, des bureaux et des hôtels. Quels sont vos principaux travaux? Quels sont vos services? Notre rôle consiste à accompagner un acquéreur dans la rénovation et la décoration du lieu. A l écoute de nos clients, nous leur proposons des solutions sur mesure, adaptées à leur envies. Nous sommes en train de rénover pour septembre prochain notre dernier hôtel à la Madeleine dans l esprit d une maison de haute couture parisienne. Nous concevons les projets de rénovation d un lieu de A à Z, de l idée aux rideaux, en passant par les plans, les devis, le suivi de chantier, le choix du mobilier Nous aimons travailler les matières brutes et raffinées comme le lin, le velours, le marbre, associer les objets patinés par le temps et les matériaux contemporains tout en respectant toujours l esprit des lieux et la personnalité de nos clients. Depuis combien de temps êtes-vous implanté à PARIS? L agence existe depuis 2007, nous sommes installés dans nos locaux actuels depuis 2010, c est une ancienne boutique, dans une des plus jolies rues du 18ème arrondissement. Avez-vous constaté une évolution des demandes? Nous avons de plus en plus de demandes pour transformer la cuisine en vraie pièce à vivre, en y annexant la salle à manger lorsque c est possible. Les rangements restent toujours aussi importants. Les enfants ont droit maintenant à leur propre salle de bain et la télé ne trône plus dans le salon mais une pièce lui est dédiée. La fluidité de la circulation et l optimisation de l espace sont de plus en plus une priorité. Quels sont les travaux qui vous ont le plus marqué? Pourquoi? Nous avons réalisé pour un de nos clients parisien sa résidence secondaire en Bretagne. Une superbe maison ancienne, située dans le golfe du Morbihan, d où l on voit la mer de toutes les fenêtres. Nous avons collaboré avec un architecte local pour faire une extension et avons entièrement aménagé l intérieur pour en faire un lieu très confortable et convivial. En intégrant des objets chinés et des matériaux anciens, nous avons donné l impression d une authentique maison de famille qui a toujours été là.

And yet the 2+2 is 4.69m long, 1.94m wide and just 1.29m - all weighing in at just 1.485kg. These are proportions that optimize fluidity, with a Cx of just As with a good number of contemporary aircraft, it is the airflow itself that has sculpted the i8 s line This model, which is standard at present, remains close in aesthetic terms to the concept from which it is derived (Vision Efficient Dynamics). And there s a further surprise: the relative thinness of the tires, especially given that this is a GT (195 at the front and 215 at the rear), though this in no way detracts from the overall appeal or the determinedly sporty feel, the aerodynamic choice having been made rather more one feels for the purpose of reducing friction. In order to further improve the aerodynamism the hood actually plunges downwards with the base part of the bodywork being gently hollowed out, and the air intakes are managed an outcome that of course complies with the most up-to-date aerodynamic development requirements but that equally pays homage to the most accomplished aesthetic values. A SPECIFIC ARCHITECTURE Rather like its sibling the i3, this newest creation has been given a LifeDrive type architecture comprising an aluminum chassis that integrates the battery in a central column linking the forward axle unit with the rear one, together with a passenger compartment of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP). Thanks to this particular set-up, the weight of the vehicle is kept nicely restrained (1485kg), something that is rarely seen in a Full Hybrid car. In addition to this, the center of gravity is just 460mm. The i8 is also special for its design: it is a hybrid that is rechargeable, not a 100% electric car, which actually gives you the best of two worlds in one package given that there are not presently enough quick charge points in the existing network not in Europe at least The 3 cylinder cm 3 TwinPower fuel engine sits in the rear central position, integrating: direct injection, Valvetronic variable distribution, and a supersized Turbo that roars vigorously at 2.0 bars for 231hp at 5800rpm, and 320Nm at 3700rpm all driven to the rear wheels via a six speed torque converter gearbox. In order to ensure an ideal weight distribution of 49/51 when empty, the i8 moreover accommodates a synchronous electric edrive engine calibrated at 131hp and 250Nm. This drives the forward wheels exclusively through an automatic two speed gearbox, and is sustained by a lithium-ion battery. The stunning set-up can be recharged to 80% in 2 hours 30 minutes using a domestic 230V power point, or in less than 2 hours via the Wallbox that is available as an accessory. According to the manufacturers, the cumulative power and torque are 362hp and 570Nm. In all-electric mode, the range extends to 35km - most significantly this means that the BMW i8 can be driven with not a single harmful emission being produced. On longer journeys, the two systems come together and what a harmonious masterpiece it is! The performance is impressive: 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5s, worthy of the best GT vehicles (for example, the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S), but with a mixed consumption confirmed as being just 2.48 liters per 100 km (49 gr of CO 2 ) with record environmental bonuses to boot this is also the first standard series car to have laser lights.

27 UNE ARCHITECTURE SPÉCIFIQUE A l image de sa cadette l i3, cette toute dernière née reçoit une architecture de type LifeDrive, comportant un châssis en aluminium intégrant la batterie dans la colonne centrale reliant le train avant au train arrière et un habitacle en plastique renforcé de fibres de carbone (PRFC). SCULPTÉE PAR LE VENT La ligne de cette i8 est d une rare élégance, pratiquement à couper le souffle. Ce bel ensemble peut être rechargée à 80 % en 2 h 30 sur une prise domestique 230 V ou en moins de 2 heures via la Wallbox disponible en accessoire. La planche de bord, épurée est orientée vers le conducteur, l instrumentation est parfaitement positionné, tout est juste là où le regard pourrait se poser Certains plastiques peuvent paraître en deçà du reste des prestations mais, de ce bel ensemble, émane un réel sentiment de bon goût et de qualité ressentie. Le coffre reste de capacité restreinte (154 l) l essentiel de la place disponible étant dévolue aux occupants. Ceux de l arrière étant préférentiellement de «gabarit juvénile» comme dans nombre de GT 2+2 Au volant, nous avons apprécié l accès aisé à plusieurs modes de conduite : tout électrique jusqu à 120 km/h, le mode sport qui transforme radicalement cette «Diva Germanique» en authentique sportive avec 362 ch en puissance cumulée. Les deux autres modes Eco Pro & Confort sollicitent à la fois le bloc électrique et le thermique en cas de besoin instantané de puissance. Très polyvalente, cette GT enchante par ses qualités routières et son confort, aidé, il est vrai, par l amortissement piloté. THE TUXEDO LOOK FOR A PRODIGY The passenger compartment that is accessed through wing case doors turns out to be inviting, and most of all elegant. The dashboard is streamlined and driver-orientated, the instruments are perfectly placed and everything is located right where the eye rests. Some of the artistry might appear to fall short of the rest of the package that is on offer, but overall there is a real feel of good taste and high quality that emanates from the general aspect of the vehicle. The trunk capacity is restrained enough (154l), with most of the available space being given over to the occupants. The rear seats are rather of the youthful size as is the case with many GT 2+2 cars At the wheel, we certainly appreciated the ease with which the various driving modes could be accessed: all electric to 120km/h, and the sports mode which radically transforms this Germanic Diva into a genuine sports car with a cumulative power of 362hp. The other two modes, Eco Pro & Comfort, draw on both the electric and thermal element of the system where instant power is needed. This highly versatile GT is an enchanting vehicle thanks to its on-road qualities and its comfort levels - helped, it has to be said, by the managed shock absorber system.

35 ARTIST SCULPTOR Laurence Jenkell vit et travaille à Vallauris, dans les Alpes-maritimes. Autodidacte, elle commence à créer seule, au milieu des années 90. Au fur et à mesure, ses recherches artistiques la mènent à expérimenter diverses techniques comme les inclusions, les coulures, la cuisson, le moulage, etc. Après différentes investigations, elle parvient à maîtriser et dominer la matière plexiglas, pour obtenir la technique du «Wrapping» qui va lui permettre de réaliser la sculpture BONBON qui l obsède depuis de nombreuses années. Peu à peu, l artiste va décliner cet objet symbolique dans d autres matières comme le marbre, le bronze, l aluminium ou le polyester. Sujet universel, le bonbon de Laurence Jenkell n est pas seulement symbole de douceur, il est aussi torsion, drapé, enchevêtrement et résistance. Il lui a permis d exorciser certains démons de son enfance et de faire se questionner sur sa propre hérédité. L artiste va le transformer, le travailler dans différentes recherches de plus en plus imaginatives et oniriques. Elle le façonne, joue autour de sa structure et de sa torsion pour arriver tout naturellement à la spirale de la double hélice de l ADN. A travers cette nouvelle orientation créative, l artiste nous transmet un peu de son propre ADN. Cette nouvelle oeuvre à la construction parfaite est composée de bâtiments que malgré tout l être humain n a pu s empêcher de détruire. En construisant ces pièces, elle a pénétré l univers complexe de l Homme face à l évolution de son environnement et sa dépendance à la machine. Une nouvelle inspiration lui a été révélée : le Robot, interprète de cette complexité et thème très puissant de cette toute dernière série. 41 THE FRENCH YANNICK LA RÉVOLUTION Born on December 16 th, 1968 in Puteaux, Yannick Alléno studied at Santo Dumont High School in Saint-Cloud. At fifteen years old, he started to spend all his time cooking, learning from the very best chefs. He started his career at the Royal Monceau working with Gabriel Biscay before joining the Hotel Sofitel Sèvres close to chefs Roland Durand and Martial Henguehard. When entering Drouant with Chef Louis Grondard, he worked hard to eventually forge his maturity and his discipline. He asserted himself in the wake of this renowned chef that he deeply admires, before taking off by himself to run the Scribe kitchens. In 1999, a first Michelin star is rewarding his hard work and his creativity, which was confirmed in 2002 thanks to a second Michelin star. In 2003, the Hotel Le Meurice entrusted him the chef position. Yannick Alléno started to create true works of arts following the seasons. In 2004, he received a second Michelin star and achieved the ultimate accolade in 2007 with his third star. Yannick Alléno, nicknamed Prince of the Palaces by the press, was since that, member of the elite circle of the world s greatest chefs. In January 2013, after 10 years he announced his departure from Le Meurice. «My purpose today is to concentrate myself on the 1947 in Courchevel and to search again and again to obtain the best of Cuisine Moderne. Giving emotions is my only challenge». Yannick Alléno is about to break the rules of French cuisine and to take a stand for liberty and culinary creativity. REVOLUTION ALLÉNO FRANÇAISE Né le 16 décembre 1968 à Puteaux, Yannick Alléno étudie au Lycée Santos Dumont à Saint-Cloud.
