1 Dear author of an oral session You are presenting a paper as part of Jicable'. Thank you for this participation which will contribute certainly to the success of this conference. A month before the event, I would like to ask you some useful information to the organizers and give you some details on the organization. I would first of all be grateful to return promptly (before May 27, 20) to the Jicable Secretariat (jicable@see.asso.fr Fax 33 (0) ): - The copyright form attached, duly completed, - The form of biography. This sheet is for your Session Chair. - The commitment of participation. With regard to your oral presentation, you'll have naturally the possibility of presenting visual material (ppt). Please kindly give these documents in the Preview Room room Vauban (first floor) to the technician concerned (eg using a USB key) indicating clearly the reference of the presentation (Session and N in the session, example = A2.3). We draw your attention to the planned total duration of your intervention: 5 minutes including the discussion. So, your presentation must be of about ten minutes to allow sufficient time for discussion. It is recalled that Jicable' is a scientific and technical conference and that the elements of a commercial nature are not allowed in the oral presentations as well as in the associated ppt. The companies or organizations of the authors will be mentioned on the first page. No companies logo will appear on the other pages. These will fit into the framework proposed by Jicable: see attached (ppt file will be available on the Jicable WEB Site, Authors section). The precise organization of your session (order of presentation, organization of discussions,...) will be defined with your President and Rapporteur on the occasion of a brief meeting of authors of the session. This meeting is scheduled for each session 30 minutes before the start of the session. I remind you (see program brochure) that a simultaneous translation English / French will be available only for sessions A and B (Rooms A Richelieu and B Lulli ) In anticipation of the pleasure of meeting you, I remain at your disposal for any additional information you would like.
