However, a freezer suitable for this purpose truns out to be more expensive than expected ; it costs about EUR 5,000. In addition, the equipment purchased for other categories costed more than our planning due to increased prices making negative impacts on all budget categories of the project. Observation no. 2 & 3: As stated above, the costs of the cabinets and air-conditioners purchased for the specimen-storage room were increased due to high inflation. Observation no. 4 : The website has not been built up until the correction of the digitized data has been completed. We are contacting Mr Denis Filer for help in transfer the digitized data to a web interface. Observation no. 5 : Computerization takes slowly as we have change in staffing. Mr. Nguyen Le Xuan Bach got a SEP scholarship for a MSc study in France and it takes us about 3-4 months to make the work move again causing the liquidation accordingly slow.
