Le développement de destination-compétences comme ceux de qui cherche le travail, la capacité en rapport avec la promotion automatique et communication d'elle-même entre les objectifs les plus importants des interventions d'orientation et consultation est devenue pour celui qui cherche le travail. Le Programme scolaire Vidéo représente un des nouveaux, frontières possibles sur le terrain du recrutement de personnel, une façon de faire pour comprendre et savoir "qui est et chose que je sais comment faire." The V.I.D.E.O. Project aims to transfer experiences realized by Municipality of Rome Italy), Polidynamo (Gr) and Arge PLON (De)within professional orientation centres, related to the adoption and the use of the Video cv as a tool as a tool functional to the show of one s own competences by the side of adults seeking for occupational re-integration. The main goal is to develop a paltform for the Videocv and facilitate the matching of job demand and supply. The methodology, particularly suitable for the project target (women in Italy and over 45 y.o. in Greece without gender distinctions), facilitate the valorization of competences acquired in informal contexts, most of the times by experience and self-learning, but not less usable in the labour market.
