RECEIVING OF MONTHLY REPORTS FROM THE APPOINTED MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS 7.5 M. Robert Proulx re : rapport GNPR Mr. Robert Proulx re: report NGPR Voir le rapport écrit. M. Proulx explique qu OC Transpo exige que tous nos passagers achètent une passe OC même si elle est inutile. Il a répondu qu on ne croyait pas que c était équitable. D autres compagnies procèdent de la même façon que TEO. M. Pommainville croit que nous devons aviser OC Transpo que nous suivrons les mêmes critères que tous les services d autobus ruraux se rendant à Ottawa. M. Proulx explique que Via veut se départir d un petit bâtiment. Il suggère qu on pourrait le déménager à Limoges. M. Proulx fait circuler un exemplaire d une passe qui pourrait être utilisée pour différents thèmes; celle-ci étant pour l ouverture du parc Calypso en juin M. Pommainville apporte la passe demain à la gérance de Calypso pour approbation. See written report. Mr. Proulx explained that OC Transport is forcing all our passengers to buy an OC pass even if they don t need it. He responded that we do not feel that it is fair and has pointed out that other bus companies are doing exactly the same thing as TEO. Mr. Pommainville felt that we should advise OC Transpo that we will follow the same requirements as all other rural bus services coming into Ottawa. Mr. Proulx explained that VIA is removing a small building. He suggested bringing it to Limoges. Mr. Proulx showed a sample of a pass that could be used for different themes and has one for the opening of Calypso in June Mr. Pommainville will bring it tomorrow to have it approved by Calypso Management. 7.1 Mme Cécile Lortie Mrs. Cécile Lortie i) Impôts fonciers radiés i) Cancelled property taxes

Mr. i) Plan - pandémie i) Pandemic plan M. Bourgeois demande si la municipalité a préparé un plan de continuité en cas de pandémie. Mme McCuaig explique qu elle a déjà eu une rencontre du personnel à ce sujet et qu elle est en communication avec le bureau de santé. Mr. Bourgeois asked if the municipality had prepared a Pandemic business continuity plan in case of a pandemic. Ms. McCuaig explained that she had a staff meeting regarding this matter and that she has been in communication with the Health Unit.
