GABARIT AVANT DU VÉHICULE ADAPTATEUR POUR CHÂSSIS «CLICK'N GO» Kimpex # n (foret / diam.) A) Vérifier l'échelle du dessin en mesurant la «LIGNE RÉFÉRENCE». Celle-ci doit mesurer ''. B) Couper toutes les lignes pointillées. C) Retourner à l'étape, page. X mm i et de () écrous autobloquants à épaulement M-. l. Répéter cet assemblage avec le support plié «B» c. ) Marquer le centre du trou n sous la plaque protectrice à l'aide d'un marqueur ou d'un poinçon. Percer à l'aide d'un foret /" diam. /" diam. ) Insérer un boulon de carrosserie M-. X 0 mm h dans une plaque de fixation f et glisser l'ensemble à l'intérieur du support avant gauche du repose-pieds en passant par le trou percé à l'étape. Répéter cette étape pour le côté opposé tel qu'illustré. ) Positionner les assemblages gauche et droit sous le véhicule et fixer à l'aide des boulons de carrosserie h et des plaques de fixation f installés à l'étape. Maintenir en place à l'aide de () écrous autobloquants à épaulement M-. k (visser les premiers filets seulement). ) Fixer l'autre extrémité des assemblages à l'aide de la bride de fixation e, de () boulons de carrosserie M-. Retirer la plaque protectrice. Ranger la plaque protectrice puisqu'elle ne sera pas réinstaller après l'assemblage de l'adaptateur. ) Retirer les quatre vis mécaniques (deux de chaque côté) retenant l'avant des marche-pieds au châssis tel qu'illustré. ) Positionner et fixer l'adaptateur a aux supports pliés «A» b et «B» c à l'aide de () boulons de carrosserie M-. X mm i et de () écrous autobloquants à épaulement M-. l. Resserrer tous les boulons et les écrous. ) Positionner et fixer la partie pliée des supports «A» b et «B» c aux marche-pieds à l'aide de () boulons hex. M-. Remove the protective plate. Store the protective plate since it will not reinstall after the assembly of the adapter. ) Remove the four machine screws (two on each side) retaining the front part of the footpegs to frame as illustrated. ) Positionand and fasten the adapter a onto the "A" b and "B" c bended supports using () M-. X mm carriage bolts i and () M-. self-locking flange nuts l. Tighten all bolts and nuts. ) Position and fasten the bended parts of the "A" b and "B" c supports against the footpegs using () M-.
