Note: The open faceofrocker panel bracket (E) will face the rearofthe vehicle on thedriversideofthe vehicle. Note: The open faceofrocker panel bracket (E) will face the front of the vehicleonthepassengersideofthe vehicle. Alignthe top hole as shown belowwiththe8mmu-clip(r)andsecureintoplaceusingan8mmx30mmhexheadbolt(p) and 5/16" flatwasher(). Now secure thebottom hole intherocker panel bracket (E)to the holeinthebottomofthe vehiclerocker panel usingan8mmx30mmhexheadbolt(p), 5/16"flat washers (), and8mmflangenut(q). Now place a running board bracket assembly () uptoeachofthebrackets welded onthebottomofelite runningboard (A)asshown below. Placetheheadsofthecarriagehead bolts(g)intothechannelsofthe welded brackets onthebottomofelite running board (A). 8 Rotate the running boardassemblyto theuprightpositionandsecure itintoplaceusinga3/8x1" hex head bolt (J), 3/8" lockwasher(s),3/8" flatwashers(),and 3/8" hex nuts(l)as shownbelow. Note: As you rotate therunningboard assembly intotheupright position itmaybenecessarytomake adjustments tothealignmentof therunningboardonthe vehicle. You can slide therunningboardbothinandoutonthe vehicleandforwardandbackwardsonthe vehicle. You mayalsoneed to trim the mudflapcontour onthevehicle. Once these adjustments have been made,thentighten all of the fasteners until snug. Optional Installation of Rubber Trim Piece onmudflaps: Placetherubber trim piecearound theouter edgeof each mudflapas shownbelow. Press the rubber trim firmly intoplaceon the mudflap. Note: To achievethe best appearance, leavethe seam in therubber trim pieceat thebottom of themudflap.
