PORTÉE DE CETTE POLITIQUE Cette politique s'adresse aux différentes ligues, organisations ou groupes formés de résidents de la Cité Clarence-Rockland intéressés à utiliser un terrain pour une occasion (0), une saison (S) ou un tournoi (T). 2. PROCÉDURES DE LOCATION Pour louer un terrain de balle, il faut s'adresser au service des loisirs local afin de se procurer une demande. La demande doit être dûment complétée et retournée au même endroit avant le 1er avril (location saisonnière) et avant le 15 juin (tournoi). Dans le cas d'une demande occasionnelle d'utilisation, il faudra communiquer avec le comité de loisir local afin de vérifier la disponibilité des terrains. 3. LES PRIORITÉS 3.1 Location occasionnelle Le principe du "premier arrivé, premier servi" aura l avantage. 3.2 Location saisonnière et pour un tournoi 1. RENTAL PROCEDURES To rent the ball field, you must contact the Recreation Department to obtain an application. In case of an application for occasional use, you will have to communicate with the Recreation Department to verify the availability of the fields. 3. PRIORITIES 3.1 Occasional rental The principle of "first come, first served" will have the advantage. 3.2 Seasonal rental and tournament

TERRAIN ET TARIFICATION Les frais de locations varient selon la catégorie du locataire et le genre de location. 5. PAIEMENT 5.1 Location Le paiement se fait en argent comptant ou par chèque libellé "Cité Clarence-Rockland". Le paiement se fait comme suit (journées ouvrables): Location occasionnelle: au moins 48 heures avant la journée choisie; Location saisonnière: le paiement se fait avant le début de la saison; un réajustement des coûts sera fait à la fin de la saison. Location pour tournoi: au moins 10 jours ou plus avant le début du tournoi. 5.2 Dépôt Demande de tournoi Pour l'organisation d'un tournoi un montant de 100$ doit accompagner la demande. Ce montant sera remboursé si: - le nettoyage du terrain est effectué - le terrain et les équipements sont laissés en Applications will be processed in the following order: Minor sports program of the City of Clarence- Rockland; - Adult leagues (depending on seniority); - New applications 4. FIELDS AND PRICING Rental fees vary depending on the category and type of rental. 5. PAYMENT 5.1 Rental Payment is made in cash or by cheque payable "City of Clarence-Rockland." Payment is as follows (working days): Occasional rental: at least 48 hours before the appointed day; Seasonal rental: payment is made before the start of the season, a readjustment of costs will be made at the end of the season. Tournament at least 10 days or more before the start of the tournament. 5.2 Deposit Request for tournament For the organization of a tournament a $100 deposit must accompany the request. The deposit will be reimbursed if: - cleaning of the field is carried out - the field and equipment are left in good

Le titulaire de la location devra avertir le Service des loisirs la journée de l'annulation ou au plus tard la première journée ouvrable suivant la location. 6. ÉQUIPEMENTS ET MATÉRIELS Pour tout type de location, les équipements tels que buts, machine à lignes et sable blanc ou poudre sont la responsabilité des utilisateurs et non du Service des loisirs. 7. CONDITIONS PARTICULIÈRES 7.1 Tournoi a) Les autorisations de tournois seront valides du vendredi au dimanche et ne pourront être modifiées qu'à la suite d'entente avec les utilisateurs concernés et le Service des loisirs de la Cité Clarence-Rockland. b) Si un aréna, ou un centre communautaire est utilisé pour l'utilisation des toilettes, le locataire doit assumer la surveillance des lieux et s'assurer que l'endroit reste propre. condition; - The tournament is not canceled within less than ten (10) days. 5.3 Reimbursement Cancellation of an occasional rental: no refund. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS For all type of rental, equipment such as goals, machine to do the lines and white sand or powder are the responsibility of users and not the Recreation Department. 7. SPECIAL CONDITIONS 7.1 Tournament a) The authorizations for tournaments will be valid from Friday to Sunday and cannot be modified only by agreement with the users and the Recreation Department of the City of Clarence- Rockland. b) If an arena or community center is used for toilet use, the tenant must assume monitoring and ensuring that the site remains clean.
8. L'association intéressée doit: a) Obtenir l'autorisation du Service des loisirs; b) Obtenir l'autorisation du Service de la greffe de la Cité Clarence-Rockland; c) Se procurer un permis auprès de la Régie (L.L.B.O.) et remettre une copie au Service des loisirs. d) Obtenir une assurance responsabilité ainsi que des serveurs ayant obtenu le certificat «Smart Serve». 8.
