MADE IN CANADA FABRIQUÉ AU CANADA ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE NOTE: Be sure to keep all finished edges and faces towards the exposed side of the unit. Putting this item together will be a lot easier if you first lay it on its back. 1- Screw 4 fastening rods (5900) underneath the top (58). Insert 4 fastening cams (5900) (ARROW UP) into the pre-drilled holes at the top of both side panels (00). Align the rods to the cams and lock in place by turning the cams with the Allen key (5020). 2- Screw the middle shelf (59) to both side panels (00) with 4 assembly screws (5010). 3- Proceed the same way as # 1, to attach the bottom shelf (60) with 4 fastening rods and cams (5900). ASSEMBLAGE NOTE : Au cours de l assemblage, assurez-vous d exposer les côtés et les chants finis vers le côté visible de l unité. Le montage sera grandement facilité si vous couchez l unité sur le dos. 1- Vissez 4 tiges d attache (5900) sous le dessus (58). Insérez 4 cames d attache (FLÈCHE VERS LE HAUT) (5900) dans les trous prévus à cette fin dans les panneaux de côté (00). Alignez les tiges aux cames d attache (5900) et fixez en place en tournant les cames avec la clé Allen (5020). 2- Vissez la tablette du milieu (59) aux côtés (00) avec 4 vis d assemblage (5010). 3- Procédez de la même façon que pour le # 1 pour fixer le dessous (60) avec 4 tiges et cames d attache (5900) NOTE: The setting up of this unit is described with the doors opening to the right. At this stage if you choose to have them opening to the left you just have to turn the unit upside down and continue the set up as described 4- Stand your unit up carefully to avoid any breakage and nail the 4 nail-on glides under the unit. 5- Now, making sure the unit is square, nail the backings (73) behind the unit. 6- Install your 2 adjustable shelves (61) in the unit using 4 steel pins with plastic (5034) for each shelf. NOTE : Le montage de ce meuble montre les portes ouvant vers la droite. Si vous désirez les avoir qui ouvent vers la gauche, vous n'avez qu'à retourner l'étagère de haut en bas (EX: (58) en bas et (60) en haut.). Continuer le montage tel que décrit ci-dessous. 4- Clouez les 4 glissières (5825) sous l'étagère et relevez maintenant l unité avec précaution. 5- En vous assurant de maintenir le meuble à l équerre, clouez les panneaux arrières (73) derrière l unité. 6- Installez les 2 tablettes ajustables (61) dans l unité à l aide des tenons d acier avec plastique (5034). 3

7- To install the glass door (1460), start by inserting the magnet (5400) under the top shelf. Then, install the pair of glass door hinges (5512) on the door (1460) and set it in the unit between the top and middle shelf (59). Finish by installing the glass door handle (5512) on the door, right in front of the magnet (5400). 8- To install the wood door (46), start by inserting one concealed hinge (5555) into the large predrilled hole inside the door and fasten the hinge with 2 screws for hinges (4206). Proceed the same way to install the other hinge onto the door. 9- Now, install the mounting plate (5555) onto the side panel (00). To do so, use the screws already partially inserted in the plate, and screw the plates into the two top and bottom pre-drilled holes of the side panel. (00) 10- Then, install the door (46) by sliding the hinge arms into the mounting plates and tighten the screws to fasten both sections together. 11- Now, stick the door bumpers (4031) inside the wood door (46) at the top and bottom. 12- Screw the metal door knob (5358) into the wood door (46) using the pre-drilled hole as a guide. 13- Finally, verify all adjustments and hide all screws and cams with appropriate cover caps. CLEANING: A damp cloth is all you need to keep the finish shiny clean. 7- Pour installer la porte en verre (1460), commencez par enfoncer l aimant (5400) sous la tablette du haut. Ensuite, installez une paire de charnières pour porte en verre (5502) sur la porte en verre (1460) et introduisez celle-ci entre le dessus et la tablette du milieu (59). Finissez, en installant une poignée (5512) sur la porte directement devant l aimant (5400). 8- Pour installer la porte en bois (46) commencez par installer une charnière pour porte en bois (5555) dans le trou perçé à l intérieur de la porte et vissez la charnière avec 2 vis pour charnière en bois (4206). Procédez de la même façon pour installer l autre charnière sur la porte. 9- Maintenant, installez la plaque de montage (5555) sur le panneau de côté (00).Utilisez les vis déjà partiellement vissées dans la plaque de montage et vissez les plaques dans les deux premiers et les deux derniers trous perçés dans le panneau de côté. 10- Installez maintenant la porte (46) en glissant les bras de la penture sur la plaque de montage et vissez le tout en place. 11- Maintenant collez les coussinets (4031) au haut et au bas à l intérieur de la porte (46). 12- Vissez la poignée de métal (5358) sur la porte en bois (46) avec la vis fournie. 13- Finalement, vérifiez tout les ajustements et cachez les vis et les cames avec les capuchons appropriés. NETTOYAGE: Un linge légèrement humide est tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour nettoyer la surface. 4
