La proposition actuelle vise à poursuivre l'enquête sur les besoins spécifiques des enseignants / tuteurs en e-learning et l'adaptation et le transfert du modèle PREEL que les pratiques innovantes de la Roumanie et les contextes d'apprentissage en ligne bulgare. Les principaux résultats seront un rapport d'analyse des besoins et un modèle adapté et testé des enseignants de soutien pour le tutorat en ligne. The proposal seeks to transfer an innovative, good practice model (PREEL) regarding the skills and competences of teacher trainers for e-learning tutorship. The current proposal aims at further investigating the specific needs of teachers/tutors in elearning and adapting and transferring the PREEL model as innovative practice to Romanian and Bulgarian elearning contexts. The main outcomes will be a needs analysis report and an adapted and tested teacher support model for online tutorship. The target group will consist of teacher trainers that provide initial and in-service vocational education for future and existing teacher/tutors that have a career in elearning programes. The short term target group will consist of teacher trainers in the partner institutions while the long term benefits will extend to approximately 100 trainers in Romania and Bulgaria. The project thus proposes to transfer of the PREEL project results developed in UK to the different cultural and social contexts of Romania and Bulgaria, as new Member States of the European Union. The transfer will contribute to reducing the disparities between the market validated, well established e-learning educational systems and the emerging ones and to updating the e-learning teaching practice in Romania and Bulgaria. The partnership is composed of three universities in Romania, United Kingdom and Bulgaria that previously worked together in other European projects; the three institutions have strong research expertise, as well as teacher training, e-learning expertise and have well cooperated in previous European projects. Produit 'E-learning needs analysis reports in Romania and Bulgaria' Titre: E-learning needs analysis reports in Romania and Bulgaria Type de Produit: Méthodes d'évaluation Texte marketing: Description: The need analyses in Romania and Bulgaria were based on a similar research methodology and using a questionnaire and interviews addressed to a representative number of teachers, tutors and researchers from the partner institutions (Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in Bulgaria and SNSPA in Romania). The questionnaire s related topic referred to the following issues: e-learning training paths, understanding of e-learning concept and other related terms, making use of e-learning technologies, factors triggering e-learning, preferred modes of training and support, projections of future developments. In Romania in Bulgaria the interviews werewas focused on the following issues: reflection upon self-experience in teaching; perceived advantages / disadvantages of e-learning; activities / technologies used; factors encouraging greater use of e-learning; perceived strenghts and weaknesses of their own department in implementing elearning; previous training experience. Both the survey and the interviews topic were highly relevant for the project objectives and succeeded to collect an important amount of information and data in order to map the situation of e-learning approaches, training offers and training needs in Romania and Bulgaria related to e-learning. The outcomes of the need analyses in Romania and Bulgaria clearly shown that the TOIL project is very opportune in both institutional contexts and there is a need for a more practical approach of training related to e-learning methodologies.
