Eligibility (voting rights) voter (active voting rights): Age 18 years old, 6 month (not continuously) with the company candidates (passive voting rights): Age 18 years old, 12 months continuously with the company citizen of a member of the EEU (EEE) or allowance to work, Head of the company and relatives in blood or marriage up to 4th degree, not manager, not director or head of HR 6
