I am especially interested in bridging and integrating quality management with other management fields: SCQM (Supply Chain Quality Management), Quality and internal control, Quality and IT management; either strategic, tactical and operational management levels are concerned. In charge of the Quality Dpt, I managed quality issues in all SERMA GROUP locations (Bordeaux, Grenoble, Fontenay-aux-Roses, Belfort, Tunis) and was in charge of all certification and accreditation processes.
