Conclusions LSG est une excellente procédure bariatrique chez le super obèse Perte de poids initiale Sélection des patients 2 ème temps nécessaire en 1/3 des cas à 3 ans Diminution des complication générales et de conversions L échec doit être défini sur des critères stricts %EWL, Complications, Comorbidités, Q. vie Pour le 2 ème temps on a le choix entre le SD, la re SG et le GBP
