In addition, the project is the introduction of new qualifications for "Qualified Data Security" for training systems. A major problem of vocational education in many countries including Turkey, the gap between the labor market and education. VET delivery requires not only relevant in the labor market. ICT is one of the biggest problems in this regard. In most countries, including Turkey, the qualification of data security is not recognized as an employee non-qualified academic career. There are engineers who work in this area as a qualified workforce. Because they are overqualified, their salary is too high and not affordable to the SME content. SMEs are an important target group for this project. Through the use of ICT products, SMEs can optimize the quality of their activities such as marketing of goods and services, improving information and knowledge management, reduction of transaction costs and improve communication and quality of external services. You also need to improve their compatibility in the international market from sources such as ICT and e-commerce sites. Im Rahmen des Projektes, neue Qualifikation für Data Security Fachkräftenachwuchs wird im Einklang mit den Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes durch die Nutzung der Erfahrungen in SME-TIC-Projekt in Spanien entwickelt werden, das neue Modell wird in einer Pilotgruppe von arbeitslosen jungen Menschen getestet werden und KMU. Ein System wird für die Ausstellung anerkannte Zertifikate im Einklang mit den kommenden MYK (National Qualification Authority) cetification System aufgebaut werden. Dies wird äußerst wichtig sein für die Türkei, als ein Modell besser mach zwischen Arbeitsmarkt und türkische System der Berufsbildung, um seine Reichweite zu erweitern und erhöhen auch ihre Relevanz für die Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes.
