Il s'agit de s'assurer que les mesures de formation continue dans les différents Etats de l'union européenne sera effectué au même niveau élevé de qualité. The vocational training and further education of managers and employees in the organic food retail market is characterized by a multitude of offers and actions on different levels and from different organisation, for which there are currently no quality assurance measures or systems. The objective of this Innovation Transfer Project is to upgrade the qualification standards developed in the Leonardo da Vinci project "Eco-Qualify 1 to a comprehensive European quality assurance system for the further education in organic foods trade and to transfer it to the participating partner countries of Austria, Italy, Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Germany. This is to ensure that the further education measures in the various states of the European Union will be carried out at the same high level of quality. A comprehensive system of quality assurance and certification with internationally comparable criteria as an obligatory and controllable framework shall be installed. Target groups and users are providers of qualification and training, professional associations, businesses, entrepreneurs and employees and other stakeholders in the vocational training of this branch. Results and products are a European and national quality assurance systems for further education in the organic food retailing with certification guidelines and accreditation regulations, license agreement on the award of certificates and prototypes of a quality manual. Training institutions and stakeholders of professional education in the participating countries learn to know the quality assurance system and to implement it in their daily training and education practice. Subsequently, national versions of the system are adapted in each of the partner institutions and countries. Based on qualification standards focussing the technical content a European quality assurance system is derived and developed. The qualification standards define the operational and the management level of a company with regard to the necessary skills in the areas of product, operating and market. They offer a basis for meaningful assessment and certification systems, and contribute to the alignment of the different training and evaluation systems. Description: The Quality Assurance System E(co)-Qualify is based on qualification standards focussing on the technical of education. The qualification standards define the operational and the management level of a retailer with regard to the necessary skills in the areas of product knowledge, store operations and marketing. They offer a basis for meaningful assessment and certification systems and contribute to the alignment of the different training and evaluation systems. In order to develop a comprehensive quality assurance system, further indicators and criteria for the implementation of training measures have been included such as: transparency of offers, counselling and mentoring, qualifications of teachers, room setup and equipment of providers, learning and success controls, survey of participants, certificates and proofs, conditions of participation and contracts and complaint management. Cible: National associations and institutions of organic food retailing, institutions for advanced and further education from internal branch suppliers (retail association, wholesalers, regional mergers, adviser) up to traditional training institutions (Natural Foods Academy, Forum Berufsbildung etc.) to external providers (i.g. in the context of labour market measures and projects); manager and employees in organic food retailing; Résultat: The European quality assurance system is available as CD-ROM and print version, and also published on the websites of the European umbrella association ORA, the partner organisations and other relevant associations in the partner countries. Domaine d'application: The quality assurance system will be the basis for the further education in organic food retailing. 12 Produit 'Quality Manual Eco-Qualify' Diffusion et implémentation d'un système d'assurance de la qualité pour l'éducation et la formation continue dans le commerce des aliments biologique Titre: Quality Manual Eco-Qualify Type de Produit: CD-ROM Texte marketing: The Quality Handbook includes all aspects and steps necessary for creating and implementing the Quality Assurance System E(co)-Qualify. It is also the central document and groundwork for the certification process. Description: The central document and working base of the E(co)-Qualify Quality Assurance System is the Quality Handbook divided into threeparts: Part 1: Quality Handbook describes the necessary quality depending processes of each educational institute. The technical content, with the E(co)-Qualify Qualification standards as a central component of the Quality Assurance System, is presented in this part of the handbook. Part 2: Checklist for guidance through all processes during certification and/or audits. This checklist guides either the auditor/certifier or the institute's Quality Manager through the certification and audit process. Part 3: The Appendix acts as a reference list of processes and practical examples (for instance, a sample of a Lecture Handbook). Cible: Target groups and users of the E(co)-Qualify Quality Assurance System for education in organic products retailing are the providers of qualification and training, professional associations, businesses, entrepreneurs and employees and other stakeholders in the vocational training of this branch. Training institutions and stakeholders in professional education in the participating countries have become acquainted with the Quality Assurance System and how to implement it in their daily training and education practice. Résultat: The Quality Handbook is also available in all project partner languages in CD or print version, or can be downloaded from partners' websites. Domaine d'application: With the Quality Assurance System Eco-Qualify, a transparent assessment and evaluation system is offered. It contributes to the armonisation of differing national educational and training activities in professional education. The intention of the introduction of a European Quality Assurance System is to offer education on the same high level with international comparable criteria and a controllable framework in the EU member states.
