La population cible du projet est formée à la préparation et la conduite de l'entretien d'embauche. Ceci leur permet de prendre conscience qu'ils sont indispensables à la société et qu'ils peuvent surmonter le handicap qui les empêche a priori d'être employé dans certains secteurs alors qu'ils y ont tout a fait leur place. Par ailleurs, au travers de ce projet, les représentants des différents employeurs concernés sont amenés à faire disparaitre les à-priori envers les non-voyants et les mal-voyants. Ils peuvent aller au delà des préjugés et découvrir qui ils sont vraiment avant de les embaucher. A ce jour, environ 200 non-voyants et mal-voyants ont été formés et sont mieux préparés aux entretiens d'embauche. Les cours ont été dispensés en Turquie, en Pologne et en Bulgarie. Description: Le projet a été mis en oeuvre en Turquie, en Bulgarie en Pologne et en Angleterre. La population cible, non voyants et mal voyants a testé cet outil. Les résultats de cette phase de mise en oeuvre ont été évalués par les partenaires du projet, individuellement et collectivement Par ailleurs, des partenaires directs et indirects ont été associés au projet et ont pu contribuer à créer des opportunités d'accès à l'emploi pour les participants, non voyants et mal-voyants. Produit 'VISAGE TOOLKIT' Des modules d'apprentissage dans différents langages pour les non -voyants et mal Titre: VISAGE TOOLKIT Type de Produit: Modules Texte marketing: As the project aims at building improved Flexible pre-occupational Courses in Appropriate Language for visually Impaired people, the target group of the project gets information about how to get prepared before and during a job interview and therefore, it generates an awareness among the target group that they are indispensible part of the society and that they can overcome any hindrance that prevents them from being employed in sectors that they actually are suitable for. In addition, through the project, the representatives of employment sectors will remove /have started to remove the biases against the blind or partially blind people when they interview with the target group before hiring them seeing that are more than what they actually have thought of them. Until now almost 200 blind or partially blind people have been trained and they are more ready for the job interviews. The courses have been delivered in TURKEY, POLAND and BULGARIA Description: The visage Toolkit is a manual for the blind and partially blind people who can use it as a guide before and during entering into labour market Cible: The blind and partially blind people Résultat: The product has been translated into three languages, Turkish, Polish and Bulgarian. The original language of the Toolkit is English.
