Neyts Annemie Présidente de l ELDR et Ministre d Etat Annemie Neyts est Présidente du Parti Européen des Libéraux, Démocrates et Réformateurs (ELDR) depuis septembre 2005 et Ministre d Etat belge depuis 1995. Elle a aussi été membre du Parlement Européen pendant quinze ans. Son premier grand rôle politique remonta à 1981 et son élection à la Chambre des Représentants, où elle a fut par la suite réélue à plusieurs reprises. Elle a aussi siégé au Parlement de Bruxelles-Capitale et au Parlement Flamand. Elle occupa par ailleurs divers postes ministériels dans les gouvernements régionaux et nationaux au cours de la même période, notamment en tant que ministre des finances, du budget, de la fonction publique et des relations extérieures de la région de Bruxelles- Capitale (1999-2000) et ministre fédérale, adjointe au ministre des affaires étrangères, chargée de l'agriculture (2001-2003). Elle possède une maîtrise de philologie romaine (1967), une maîtrise de sciences de la presse et de la communication (1970), et une agrégation de l'enseignement secondaire supérieur (1967) (Université Libre de Bruxelles). She has also been Member of the European Parliament for 15 years. She held her first big political post in 1981 when she was elected at the House of Representatives. This mandate was then renewed at various times (1981-1994, 2003-2004). She has been elected at various times at the regional parliaments, in the Brussels Council and in the Flemish Council. She was appointed various missions in the regional and national governments, including Brussels Minister for Finance, the Budget, Public Office and External Relations (1999-2000) and Federal Minister attached to the Foreign Ministry, where she was in charge of agriculture (2001-2003). Tschirky Hugo Professeur spécialisé en innovation Hugo Tschirky a été nommé Professeur de Business Management à l'institut Fédéral de Technologie Suisse à Zurich (ETH Zurich) en 1982. Il fait aussi partie de l'institute of Management and Business Systems Engineering et dirige les départements de General Management, Technology et Innovations Management, Executive Management Advanced Development et donne des cours de MBA. En 1968, il a obtenu un diplôme d ingénieur en mécanique avec mention ainsi que son premier Doctorat. De 1968 à 1971, il fut engagé par le laboratoire de recherche Gulf General Atomic (États-Unis). En 1971, il occupa le poste de PDG au sein de Carl Zeiss Zurich AG. Dans le même temps, il termina son deuxième Doctorat à Zurich ETH en Business Administration et en 1978, il suivit le Senior Management Program à l'école de Commerce de Harvard. Ses activités de recherche se sont orientées vers la gestion de sociétés à technologiques intensives. Pour mener à bien ces recherches, il a développé un programme d'enseignement international adressé aux futures managers de entreprises technologiques. En 1992 il a choisi de faire de l enseignement et de la recherche dans le cadre d une année sabbatique à l'institut de Technologie de Tokyo. Au printemps 2000 il était au Massachussetts Institute of Technology (MIT) en tant que professeur invité. Professor of innovation management Hugo Tschirky was appointed Full Professor of Business Management at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zurich) in 1982. He belongs to the Institute of Management and Business Systems Engineering and chairs the fields of General Management, Technology and Innovations Management, and Executive Management Advanced Development including the Masters courses in Business Administration. He obtained his degree in Mechanical Engineering with majors and his first Doctorate in 1968. From 1968 to 1971, he was engaged in the research laboratory of Gulf General Atomic (USA). In 1971 he assumed the post of CEO at Carl Zeiss Zurich AG. Simultaneously, he concluded his second Doctorate at the ETH Zurich in Business Administration. In 1978 he attended the Senior Management Program at Harvard Business School. His research activities were directed towards the management of technology intensive companies. Pursuing this he has initiated development of an internationally aligned education program for the future managers of technology driven enterprises. In 1992 he was occupied in a teaching and research Sabbatical at Tokyo Institute of Technology. In spring 2000 he was at the Massachussetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Guest Professor.

Dimitris Assimakopoulos Professeur de Systèmes d Information Dimitris Assimakopoulos est professeur de Systèmes d'information et de Gestion Technologique, fondateur et directeur du Laboratoire d'étude et d'innovation des Réseaux et des Communautés (LINC) et directeur du Doctorat de programmes d'administration d'affaires à l'école de Management de Grenoble et en partenariat avec les Universités de Newcastle (Royaume-Uni) et de Tongji (Chine). Dimitris a aussi été Doyen associé pour la Recherche à l'école de Management de Genoble. Il est aujourd'hui également Secrétaire général de l EDAMBA (European Doctoral programmes Association in Management and Business Administration).
