Vacancy 1. Project Manager Working Location London UK The candidate will be based in Europtima s central London office, but may be required to be resident on construction sites. Role Reporting to a director of Europtima, the Project Manager is to lead medium sized building construction projects primarily for private sector clients in the Residential, Offices, and Healthcare sectors. The projects will be both new build and remodeling of existing buildings. Requirements Experience The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years experience in the building construction industry with a preference for: At least 5 years experience with a leading building contractor, project manager or architecture firm. Experience of projects up to around 10 million Experience of design build contracts in a site management role Experience of work in High-End Residential projects Skills A degree in Engineering, Construction or Architecture is preferred Ideally MRICS qualified or holds a similarly related Project Management qualification Good knowledge of common forms of construction contracts and subcontracts Familiar with UK Health and Safety legislation, including the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations Good understanding of rates and prices for building construction and fitting out work Personal Attributes Candidates from throughout the EU will be considered, but they must have a high level of English language skills. The preferred candidate will exhibit: Team leadership skills and the ability to form strong relationships with both customers and suppliers, including contractors and consultants. Excellent communication skills with the ability to report concisely and accurately orally and in writing. The ability to plan and prioritize both his or her own workload and projects delivered to tight deadlines.

Chef de Projet AMO Lieu de Travail Paris - France Description Sous la responsabilité d un Directeur de Projets, vous êtes en charge de diriger des projets d'assistance à Maîtrise d'ouvrage pour la réalisation en construction neuve, extension ou réhabilitation, d'opérations de bureaux, logements, centres commerciaux, établissements publics & privés. Vos missions sont techniques mais également commerciales et managériales. Commerciales: Prospection, Réponses AO, Rédaction, chiffrage, Suivi client, Négociation Techniques: Définition des besoins, audits, études de faisabilité, définition des conditions administratives et techniques, approche financière et chiffrage d opération, (budgétisation), inventaire des rubriques réglementaires (notamment si ICPE), dossier, instruction et suivi des autorisations administratives, programmation / planification, impératifs de développement durable et technologies énergies renouvelables Pilotage projet: Dossiers de Consultation (Code des Marchés Publics, privés ou publics-privés (Exemple : PPP, BEA etc.), Lancement des AO, suivi des procédures, veille juridique, auditions, rapports d analyse d offres, préparation, suivi des marchés d études, de prestations intellectuelles, assistance, préparation au choix des intervenants, assistance, préparation et mise au point des marchés travaux et fournitures Suivi de l opération : Suivi des travaux, réunions de MO, participation aux réunions de chantier, assistance à la réception, suivi du parfait achèvement, vérification des performances annoncées en conception Gestion de l opération : Contrats, contrats d assurance, comptable, financière et administrative de l opération, contentieux Missions managériales : Pilotage et qualité, pilotage sous-traitants / partenaires, management de projet Qualifications Profil Ingénieur Bâtiment (ESTP, Arts et Métiers, HEI, INSA, Ponts & Chaussées...)
