MACCHINE DA Le MTP sono macchine automatiche per il taglio multiplo lineare con dischi diamantati adatte per tagliare piastrelle di ceramica di qualsiasi tipo, marmo, granito, vetro e laterizio. Le MTP 500/700/950/1300/1600/1900/2200 si differenziano tra loro nella larghezza del nastro di trasporto e possono essere fornite con due o tre teste di taglio, permettendo di scegliere il tipo più adatto in base alla quantità o ai formati da tagliare. Una caratteristica fondamentale delle MTP è il fatto che l albero porta dischi è stabile e non vibra perché è fissato da entrambi i lati e l assenza di vibrazioni è garanzia di ottima qualità del taglio effettuato. Nel caso delle due testate porta dischi la prima viene utilizzata per eseguire il pretaglio e la seconda il taglio, ottenendo alte velocità di produzione con ottime prestazioni di finitura. Nel caso invece delle tre testate si presenteranno alcuni vantaggi: 1) con l utilizzo della seconda testata è possibile bisellare montando dischi bisellatori sagomati a 90 ottenendo un taglio completo di smusso superiore. 2) eseguendo due pretagli con la prima e seconda testata e il taglio finale con la terza si ottiene una maggior produzione e la possibilità di tagliare spessori su materiali tipo graniti o gres porcellanati fino a 25/30 mm senza rallentare drasticamente le velocità di taglio. Poiché il telaio ha la stessa lunghezza per tutti i modelli è comunque possibile, in un secondo tempo, montare la terza testa anche sulla macchina da taglio a 2 teste. Le MTP grazie alla loro robustissima struttura possono montare motori di potenza fino a 22 kw con attrezzature particolari per tagliare in automatico mosaici fino ad un formato di 10x10 mm. MTP 500/700/950/1300/1600/1900/2200 differentiate from each other for the width of the relevant conveyor belt and can be delivered with two or three cutting heads, to allow the choice of the most appropriate type according to the quantity or on the sizes to be cut. An essential characteristic of the MTPs is the fact that the disc support shaft is stable and doesn t vibrate as it is fastened on both sides. The lack of vibrations guarantees the excellent quality of the cut made. With two disc support heads, the first is used to perform the precut and the second the cut, thus achieving high production speeds with excellent finish results. With three heads, on the other hand, there are certain advantages: 1) by using the second head you can chamfer by fitting chamfering discs shaped at 90, thus obtaining a complete cut with superior chamfering. 2) by carrying out two pre-cuts with the first and second heads and the final cut with the third you get higher production and the possibility to cut thicknesses of up to 25/30 mm on materials such as granite or porcelain stoneware without drastically slowing down the cutting speed. Las MTP 500/700/950/1300/1600/1900/2200 se diferencian entre sí por la anchura de la cinta transportadora, permitiendo elegir el tipo más apropiado según la cantidad o los formatos que han de cortarse. Una característica fundamental de las MTP es que el eje portadiscos es estable y no vibra, al estar fijado por ambos lados, y la ausencia de vibraciones es garantía de una óptima calidad del corte efectuado. En las máquinas con dos cabezales portadiscos, el primero es utilizado para efectuar el precorte, mientras que el segundo se encarga de efectuar el corte, permitiendo obtener altas velocidades de producción con óptimas prestaciones de acabado. Las máquinas con tres cabezales, por su parte, ofrecen algunas ventajas: 1) con la utilización del segundo cabezal podrá efectuarse el biselado, debiendo montarse, para ello, discos biseladores perfilados a 90, lo que permitirá obtener un corte con bisel superior. 2) efectuando dos precortes con el primero y el segundo cabezal y el corte final con el tercero se obtendrá una mayor producción y la posibilidad de cortar materiales como granito o gres porcelánico de hasta 25/30 mm de grosor sin necesidad de disminuir drásticamente las velocidades de corte. Puesto que la longitud del bastidor es igual en todos los modelos, podrá montarse, en un segundo momento, la tercera cabeza también en la máquina de corte de 2 cabezas. Gracias a la gran solidez de su estructura, las MTP pueden llevar motores de una potencia de hasta 22 kw con equipos especiales para cortar de forma automática mosaicos hasta un formato de 10x10 mm. Les machines MTP 500/700/950/1300/1600/1900/2200 diffèrent les unes des autres selon la largeur de la bande de transport, ce qui permet ainsi de choisir le type le plus adapté selon la quantité ou les formats à découper. Avec les trois têtes, en revanche, il existe d autres avantages: 1) avec l utilisation de la seconde tête, il est possible de biseauter en montant des disques à biseauter façonné à 90, obtenant ainsi une découpe complète de biseautage supérieur. 2) en effectuant deux prédécoupages avec la première et la seconde tête et la découpe finale avec la troisième tête, vous obtenez une plus grande production ainsi que la possibilité de découper des épaisseurs maximales de 25/30 mm sur des matériaux comme le granit ou le grès porcelainè, sans ralentir de façon drastique les vitesses de découpe. Etant donné que la longueur du châssis est la même pour tous les modèles, il est en tout cas possible, dans un deuxième temps, de monter la troisième tête même sur la machine à découper à 2 têtes.
