5 Electoral procedure Secret voting every 5 years Whole procedure takes more than 1 ½ months Management is in charge to organise the elections Timetable to stick to 5

6 Eligibility (voting rights) voter (active voting rights): Age 18 years old, 6 month (not continuously) with the company candidates (passive voting rights): Age 18 years old, 12 months continuously with the company citizen of a member of the EEU (EEE) or allowance to work, Head of the company and relatives in blood or marriage up to 4th degree, not manager, not director or head of HR 6

7 In case of complaints about regularity of the electoral process, the director of l ITM and Administrative Court may decide to reorganise elections Elections: Wednesday, November 7 th

8 Friday, October 11th (1 month at least b4 the elections) Post a notice with date, time and place, the number of delegates to elect, voting rights... Last day to introduce a request for postal voting authorisation by the Minister of Labour Copy to the ITM 8

9 Tuesday, October 22nd (three weeks b4 the elections) Date where the electoral lists have to be provided Posting of notice that complaints against these lists are accepted in writing for three days (within three days as of posting), October 23rd up to 25th Copy of the lists and notice to the ITM 9

10 Tuesday, October 29th 6:00 PM (15th calendar day b4 opening the elections) Date and Time limit for introducing candidatures 3 days grace (copy to ITM) if insufficient number of candidates up to (Friday November 1st) Monday November 4nd 6:00 PM In case of proportional voting, request for list numbers at the Director of ITM 10

12 Before November 13th Setup of the electoral office 1 chairman (General Manager or a deputy) 2 assessors (representing staff, appointed by the outgoing staff delegation) Responsible for the organisation of the electoral office Ballot papers, ballot box, electoral cabins, counting Report AND Announcement of the results 12
