8 trip to the hospital 7 Read this . Mercredi soir, ma grand-mère est tombée dans l escalier et s est cassé le bras. e n est pas grave, mais elle doit passer deux ou trois jours à l hôpital. Hier, papa a décidé d aller la voir pour lui apporter des fleurs et un livre car elle s ennuyait déjà, et j ai dit que je l accompagnerais. L hôpital se trouve à quelques kilomètres du centre-ville et on est partis tôt pour éviter la circulation. Mais en route, on est tombés en panne. Je ne savais pas pourquoi, mais papa a dit que maman avait probablement oublié d acheter de l essence. Il a dû téléphoner au garage : heureusement il connaît bien le propriétaire. Papa est resté avec la voiture et j ai fini le voyage à pied.
