5 Milena Dragicevic Sesic. Ancienne présidente de l Université des Arts de Belgrade, Serbie. Elle est actuellement directrice de la chaire Unesco en Interculturalisme, Gestion et Médiation artistique, professeur de Politique culturelle et Gestion culturelle, études culturelles et études des médias. Membre du Conseil de ELIA, membre du Conseil du Diplôme Européen en Administration de Projets Culturels et membre du Conseil d Art & Culture, sous comité de OSI (réseau Soros). Milena Dragicevic Sesic a publié 14 livres et plus de 100 essais. Elle est spécialiste en politique culturelle et en administration pour la Fondation Européenne de la Culture, le Conseil de l Europe, l UNESCO, l Association Marcel Hicter, Pro Helvetia, The British Council etc. Elle est également activiste culturelle, membre de la société civile et European Networker. Pascal Brunet est directeur de Relais Culture Europe (Paris), un centre d information sur la culture et les affaires européennes qui, en agissant comme Point Contact Culture en France pour le Programme Culture de l Union Européenne, fournit des conseils et des formations sur les politiques de l UE et les programmes de soutien de la culture. Pascal Brunet a participé à plusieurs événements et travaillé dans le domaine des arts du spectacle. Impliqué depuis plusieurs années dans la coopération culturelle européenne et internationale, il est un des fondateurs de Danse Bassin Méditerranéen (DBM), le réseau de coopération euro-méditerranéen, et est membre de plusieurs réseaux et forums européens comme IETM, FEMEC et d autres. Eduard Miralles. Directeur de la fondation Interarts ( consacrée à la coopération culturelle internationale. Conseiller en relations culturelles au Conseil provincial de Barcelone ( au sein duquel il a géré le Centre d Études et Ressources culturelles ( ) et la biennale Interracció sur les politiques culturelles ( ). Il est aussi consultant en matière de culture, de coopération et de développement pour plusieurs organisations internationales. Dounia Benslimane, Docteur en médecine générale en 2003, elle milite pour la culture et le développement depuis En 2011, elle dirige la Fondation des Arts Vivants et coordinatrice de la Fabrique Culturelle des anciens abattoirs de Casablanca. Membre du réseau Arterial Network depuis 2009 et co-fondatrice de l association Racines en 2010, dont elle est la directrice depuis mars 2013, Dounia Benslimane a par ailleurs été chef de nombreux projets : Artwatch Africa (liberté de création en Afrique), Afrifestnet (réseau des festivals d Afrique), débats sur la liberté de conscience au Maroc Elle a également participé au Diplôme Européen d administration des projets culturels de l Association Marcel Hicter, Belgique (2013/2014). Aadel Essaadani. Président of Arterial Network - organisation africaine qui milite pour les droits des artistes et la culture en tant que facteur de développements humain, social et économique sur le continent. Fondateur et directeur associé de l Institut des métiers du spectacle de Casablanca. Acteur dans la lutte pour les droits de l Homme au Maroc, il coordonne deux projets de réhabilitation de la mémoire dans le quartier Hay Mohammadi à Casablanca. Sana Tamzini vit et travaille à Tunis. Artiste, enseignante à l'ecole Supérieure des Sciences et

6 Technologies du Design de Tunis depuis Elle a dirigé le Centre National d'art Vivant de Tunis depuis Ministère de la Culture - Elle exerce en parallèle le métier de commissaire et scénographe d'exposition. Activiste dans la scène associative tunisienne d'ordre culturelle. Elue présidente du FACT Forum des Associations Culturelles en Tunisie - sous l'égide de l'unesco. A terminé le Diplôme Européen en Administration de Projet Culturel en Equipe pédagogique : Jean-Pierre Deru. Docteur en Droit de l Université de Louvain (UCL), Belgique. Il enseigne à la Faculté Ouverte de Politique Economique et Sociale à l UCL. Il est directeur de l Association Marcel Hicter pour la Démocratie Culturelle, directeur du Diplôme Européen en Administration de Projets Culturels et membre de plusieurs réseaux culturels européen ; parmi lesquels, Oracle, ENCATC (European Network of Cultural Administration Training Centres) et the European House of Culture. Jonathan Goodacre est membre de l équipe pédagogique du Diplôme Européen et directeur régional de The Audience Agency pour l Est de l Angleterre. Ses principaux centres intérêt sont Audience Development, l évaluation, les projets participatifs communautaires, les arts de la rue et le tourisme culturel. Il est co-auteur de Turning the Tide (Momentum 2007), a écrit certains chapitres de Sustaining Cultural Development (Gower, 2013) et fait partie de l équipe éditoriale de Culture at the Edges (Association Marcel Hicter, 2014). Milica Ilic est consultante indépendante spécialisée dans la coopération internationale dans le domaine des arts du spectacle. Elle est membre du Conseil de Balkan Express, une plateforme collaborative pour l art contemporain et d autres pratiques socialement engagées et de FACE (Fresh Arts Coalition Europe), un réseau dédié à l art émergent et interdisciplinaire. Ses expériences professionnelles incluent notamment IETM, un réseau international consacré aux arts du spectacle, On the Move, un réseau de mobilité culturelle, l Université des Arts de Belgrade, le centre culturel de Belgrade, Dom Omladine. Milica a obtenu un M.A. en Développement culturel à l Université de Lyon et un B.A. en Production théâtrale à l Université des Arts à Belgrade.

Former President of University of Arts, Belgrade, Serbia, now Head of UNESCO Chair in Interculturalism, Art Management and Mediation, professor of Cultural Policy & Cultural Management, Cultural studies, Media studies. ELIA Board Member, Member of the Board of the European Diploma in Cultural Project Management and Board member of Art & Culture Subboard of OSI (Soros network). She has published 14 books and more than 100 essays. She is expert in cultural policy and management for the European Cultural Foundation, the Council of Europe, UNESCO, the Foundation Marcel Hicter, Pro Helvetia, the British Council etc. Civil society activist and European networker. Pascal Brunet. Director of Relais Culture Europe (Paris), a resource centre on culture and European affairs which, operating as France s Cultural Contact Point in the context of the European Commission s Culture Programme, provides advice and training on the EU s policies and programmes in support of culture. Pascal Brunet held various appointments/posts in the field of performing arts. Involved for several years in the European and international cultural cooperation, he is a founder member of DBM, the euromediterranean cooperation network, and also member of several networks and european forums as IETM, FEMEC and others. Eduard Miralles. Chair of the Interarts Foundation ( focused on international cultural cooperation. Cultural relations advisor at the Barcelona Provincial Council ( in which he managed the Cultural Studies and Resources Center ( ) and the biennial Interacció on cultural policies ( ). He s also a consultant on culture, cooperation and development for several international organisations. Dounia Benslimane. Doctor in general medicine since She has been campaigning for culture and development since In 2011, she became director of the Fondation des Arts Vivants and coordinator of the Fabrique Culturelle des anciens abattoirs in Casablanca. Lives and works in Tunis. She is an artist and, since 2003, has been teaching at the Higher School for Design Sciences and Technology in Tunis. From 2011 till recently, she has been managing the Centre National d'art Vivant in Tunis - Ministry of Culture - In addition, Sana Tamzini is a curator and exhibition designer. Activist in the Tunisian cultural associative field. She was

She is member of the Board of Balkan Express, a collaboration platform for contemporary art and other socially engaged practices and of Fresh Arts Coalition Europe, a network for emerging, cross-disciplinary art. Her professional experience includes IETM international network for contemporary performing arts, On the Move cultural mobility network, the University of Arts in Belgrade and the Belgrade cultural centre Dom Omladine. Milica holds an MA degree in Cultural development and project management, University of Lyon, and BA in Theatre Production, University of Arts, Belgrade.
