4 Objectif Mise en place des capacités locales de gestion d une base de données publiquement accessibles, servant à la production d une carte nationale de carbone, tout en appuyant la mise en œuvre du programme national intégré REDD+ en RDC.

Determine structure, biomass for each forest type 5 Extrapolate to landscape with various satellite data 6. 20 Forest Biomass Mapping in DRC Using existing data where available: field plots, expert knowledge Technical component based at OSFAC Government component liaising with DIAF Flight planning workshop October 2012 will unite stakeholders to plan LiDAR sampling strategy ALL data, including aerial camera, and unprocessed, intermediate steps will be provided to OSFAC, DIAF Algorithms and processing software provided to OSFAC
