2 2 Patrimoine Lanvin Le Bleu Lanvin Ce bleu que Jeanne Lanvin a découvert lors de ses voyages en Italie au début du siècle, et qui devient sa couleur fétiche. Ce bleu un peu mauve qui provoquera la création de son usine de teinture à Nanterre en 1923, lui vient d un certain Fra Angelico qu elle admira, disait-elle, à s en raidir la nuque. Le bleu est omniprésent dans l univers de Jeanne Lanvin. Grande coloriste, elle utilise le bleu et ses harmonies dans des domaines très variés, aussi l adapte-t-elle à chacun de ses supports afin de l optimiser et lui donner toute sa personnalité, sa force et son caractère. Elle a découvert la magie et la force du bleu dans les tableaux de Fra Angelico.
