Présidents de District Gouverneurs Présidents de Club Objet: Bureau Communication et relatives nouveautés Thès chers panathloniens, C est avec un grand enthousiasme qu après mon premier salut, je peux vous informer concrètement à propos de premières opérativités mises en marche dès mon entrée en fonction en qualité de Secrétaire Général. Je dédie la présente circulaire à la nouvelle définition dans les bureaux du Secrétariat Général du P.I. du BUREAU COMMUNICATION: un rayon opérationnel bien défini, voulu par le Président International et le Soussigné et délibéré par le Comité de Présidence de l 11 Septembre passé, formé par trois personnes qui, quotidiennement, s'occuperont de tout ce qu une prestigieuse Association comme la nôtre nécessite pour obtenir la meilleur diffusion des informations, des nouvelles, des événements et des ajournements sur les activités culturelles de l'association. On fera, donc, le monitorage et on empathisera toutes les activités connectées au monde des médias, de la presse, du web et des réseau sociaux principaux. En plus sera devoir précis du Bureau Communication d assister tout plan d'expansion en fournissant du support dans la production de matériels en papier, présentations multimédias, vidéos, expositeurs et stands et des autres éventuelles nécessités lors des événements organisés sur le territoire international. Le BUREAU COMMUNICATION révisera et programmera au mieux toute l'activité de merchandising du P.I. en fonction de diffuser au mieux l'image de notre Association, en délinéant des conditions précises afin que tous les Clubs puissent accéder sans retards aux achats uniques et en centralisant le contrôle de ces commandes près du Bureau du secrétariat général. Vous serez informés au sujet de l'évolution de ce paragraphe le plus tôt possible. Ayant considéré que je crois qu il est fondamental d augmenter la connaissance de notre mouvement panathlétique et qu'il est juste de donner la correcte importance à toutes les

2 activités que vous organiserez sur Vos territoires, je vous invite à continuer à utiliser de plus en plus notre site internet et le système relatif de diffusion des nouvelles dans le circuit mailing. 3 Rapallo, 17 settembre 2012 Circ. n. 35/12 Gentili Presidenti Distretto Governatori d Area Presidenti Club Loro Sedi Oggetto: Ufficio Comunicazione e relative novità Carissimi Panathleti, è con immenso entusiasmo che, dopo il mio primo saluto, possa informarvi concretamente circa le prime operatività poste in atto dalla mia entrata in funzione in qualità di Segretario Generale. Dedico la presente circolare alla nuova definizione all interno degli Uffici della segreteria generale del P.I. dell UFFICIO COMUNICAZIONE: un ben definito reparto operativo, voluto dal Presidente Internazionale e dal Sottoscritto, deliberato dal Comitato di Presidenza dell 11 settembre u.s., composto da tre persone, le quali si occuperanno quotidianamente di tutto quanto necessiti una prestigiosa Associazione quale la nostra per ottenere la migliore veicolazione della informazioni, notizie, eventi, ed aggiornamenti sulle attività culturali del Sodalizio. Verranno, pertanto, monitorate ed enfatizzate tutte le attività connesse al mondo dei media, della stampa, del web e dei social network principali. Sarà, inoltre, preciso compito dell Ufficio Comunicazione assistere qualsiasi piano di espansione fornendo assistenza nella produzione di materiali cartacei, presentazioni multimediali, video, espositori e stand, ed eventuali altre necessità durante gli eventi organizzati sul territorio internazionale. L UFFICIO COMUNICAZIONE revisionerà e programmerà al meglio tutta la attività di merchandising del P.I. in funzione di veicolare al meglio l immagine della nostra Associazione, delineando precise condizioni in modo che tutti i Club possano accedere senza indugi ai singoli acquisti e centralizzando il controllo di questi ordinativi presso gli Uffici della segreteria generale. Verrete informati in merito all evoluzione di questo paragrafo quanto prima.

4 Considerato che ritengo fondamentale enfatizzare la conoscenza del nostro movimento panathletico e che è doveroso dare il corretto lustro a tutte le attività che organizzerete sui Vostri territori, Vi invito a continuare ad utilizzare sempre più il nostro sito internet ed il relativo sistema di veicolazione delle notizie all interno del circuito mailing. In riferimento a questo preciso sistema, riceverete nelle prossime settimane un manuale utente debitamente revisionato, corredato di tutte le informazioni e disposizioni utili alla Vostra singola attività panathletica. 5 Rapallo, 17 September 2012 Circ. n. 35/12 To District Presidents Governors Presidents of Club Object: Communication office and related news Dear Panathletes, It is with great enthusiasm that, after my first greeting, I can concretely inform you about my work carried out starting from my entry as Secretary General. I dedicate the present circular letter to the new definition of the COMMUNICATION OFFICE inside the Offices of the General Secretariat of P.I.: it is a well defined operational department, wanted by the International President and me and resolved by the President s Committee of last 11th September 2012, formed by three persons who will daily deal with all that is necessary to a prestigious Association as it is ours in order to obtain the best vehiculation of information, news, events and updatings on the cultural activities of the Association. As a consequence, all activities connected to the mass media, press, web and main social networks will be monitorized and emphasized. A precise task of the Communication Office will be to assist whatever plan of expansion, giving assistance in the production of paper materials, multimedia presentations, video, expositors and stands, and other eventual need during the events organized on the international territory. The COMMUNICATION OFFICE will revise and program in the best way all merchandising activity of P.I. with the aim to vehiculate in a better way the image of our Association, outlining precise conditions in order that all Clubs can get to the single purchase without delay and centralize the check of this ordens by the Offices of the general secretariat. You will be informed about the evolution of this paragraph as soon as possible. Considering that I think of fundamental importance to emphasize the knowledge of our panathletic movement and that it is proper to give importance to all activities that you will

6 organize on Your territories, I invite you to use more and more our web site and the connected system of vehiculation of the news inside the mailing circuit. With reference to this precise system, in the next weeks you will receive a user handbook properly revised, equipped with all information and disposals useful to Your single panathletic activity.
