3 1 Scenario 1.1 Doel But du scénario Het scenario snapshot masterdata wordt gebruikt om aan de Huidige Leverancier op een toegangspunt de mogelijkheid te geven de overeenstemming te controleren tussen de door hem opgeslagen toegangsregistergegevens zoals de waarden van een aantal attributen, frequentie meteropname, energie richting, markt (gas/elektriciteit),... met dezelfde gegevens opgeslagen door de Beheerder van Toegangspunten. Le scénario snapshot masterdata est utilisé pour permettre le contrôle de la correspondance pour le fournisseur actuel à un point d accès entre les données de registre d accès échangées qu il a reçues et stockées comme les valeurs d un certain nombre d attributs, la périodicité de relevé de compteur, la direction d énergie, le marché (gaz/électricité), et les mêmes données stockées par le gestionnaire des points d accès. 1. Algemeen Généralités Een snapshot is een momentopname van de gegevens in het toegangsregister, verstuurd door de Beheerder van Toegangspunten naar de Leverancier, als een lijst van toegangspunten met zijn karakteristieken behorende tot de Huidige Leverancier. De snapshot in deze context geeft een overzicht van alle actieve toegangspunten behorende tot een leverancier, op een overeengekomen moment, en verrijkt met leveranciersinformatie en stamgegevens zoals opgeslagen in het toegangsregister. Het hoofddoel van dit soort van snapshot is nagaan of de uitgewisselde transacties tussen de systemen tot dezelfde opgeslagen informatie hebben geleid. Dit gebeurt bij de Huidige Leverancier door het vergelijken van de door hem ontvangen en opgeslagen toegangspuntgegevens met dezelfde gegevens opgeslagen door de Beheerder van Toegangspunten en gecommuniceerd via de snapshot. Vandaar dat de snapshot enkel informatie bevat met betrekking tot actieve toegangspunten. Verdere afspraken rond het versturen van de snapshot zijn de volgende: - Waar mogelijk, zal informatie die reeds op regelmatige basis aangeleverd wordt via andere bronnen (andere dan informatie via de normale transacties), niet opgenomen worden in de snapshot. - Aanvullend op het formaat beschreven in dit document, moet overeen gekomen worden hoe de verschillen uit de vergelijking tussen de snapshot gegevens en de opgeslagen gegevens gedocumenteerd worden. Un snapshot est un relevé momentané des données dans le registre d accès, envoyé par le gestionnaire des points d accès au fournisseur, sous forme d une liste de points d accès et leurs caractéristiques, appartenant au fournisseur actuel. Le snapshot, dans ce contexte, offre un aperçu de tous les points d accès actifs appartenant à un fournisseur, à un moment convenu, et enrichi des informations du fournisseur et des master data tels qu enregistrés dans le registre d accès.. L objectif principal de ce type de snapshot est de vérifier si les transactions échangées entre les deux acteurs dans les deux systèmes ont engendré les mêmes modifications des informations qui y sont stockées. Cela s opère chez le fournisseur actuel par la comparaison des données de point d'accès qu'il a reçues et stockées, aux mêmes données stockées par le gestionnaire des points d accès et communiquées dans le snapshot. C est la raison pour laquelle le snapshot ne comprend que des informations relatives aux points d accès actifs. Les accords ultérieurs relatifs à l envoi du snapshot sont les suivants : - Si possible, les informations déjà fournies sur base régulière par le biais d autres sources (autres que les informations des transactions normales) ne seront par reprises dans le snapshot. - En complément du format décrit dans ce document, les accords sur la façon dont les différences résultant de la comparaison entre les données du snapshot et les données stockées doivent être documentés. / p. 3 / 14

Procesomschrijving Description du processus Hierna volgen de te doorlopen stappen binnen het scenario. Deze corresponderen met de desbetreffende sequenties van het Stappenplan Plan par étapes. Om het masterdata snapshot scenario te starten, zal de Beheerder van Toegangspunten een bestand sturen naar de Huidige Leverancier. Hij refereert onder andere naar de toegangspunt ID s van de actieve toegangspunten die volgens zijn toegangsregister tot de portfolio van die Leverancier behoren. Ci-après sont détaillées les étapes à parcourir dans le cadre du scénario. Elles correspondent aux séquences en question du Plan par étapes. Afin de lancer le scénario master data snapshot, le gestionnaire des points d accès enverra un fichier au fournisseur actuel. Il fait notamment référence aux ID des points d accès actifs qui font partie du portefeuille de ce fournisseur, conformément au registre d accès Resultaat - Résultat De Huidige Leverancier heeft van de Beheerder van Toegangspunten een momentopname van de toegangspunten ontvangen waarvan hij leverancier is. De leverancier kan deze snapshot gebruiken als startpunt voor navolgende corrigerende acties en het proces allocatie voor het versturen van de snapshotfeedback. 9 4 Message implementation 4.1 Segment Tabellen Tables de segments Snapshot masterdata File Format The snapshot file is of the type CSV with ; as a separator. At the end of each line the separator is repeated and a CRLF (carriage return line feed) added. The snapshot file consists of a header record, several body records and a footer record Every line in the body covers exactly one access point. Only active access points are provided. One snapshot file per DGO/Supplier GLN combination The values can be limited to a certain set. In this case the allowed values are listed and are in accordance with the list used in the UMIG. All dates and times are indicated in local time converted to CET All fields should always be present, but can be left empty in certain cases, for example GOS_GLN in case of access point electricity File Name The file name has to have the following format: SNAP_[GLN of DGO]_[GLN of supplier]_[reference date]_[creation date].csv Where: [GLN of DGO] = Unique GLN of the sending party (DGO) [GLN of supplier] = Unique GLN of the receiving party (supplier) [ref. date] = date the snapshot has been taken.
