As a part of scheduling problem, resource-constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP) is to study the reasonable utilization of resource and scheduling of project activities to optimize certain objectives, which is of strong engineering background, and has gained wide research in both academic and industrial fields. Literature works on RCPSP have been summarized, and existent algorithms have been surveyed. The paper will develop a more efficient method to get the optimum solution of given problem based on some general approaches and a comparison between algorithms will be done. 3 Contexte et Problématique Scheduling is concerned with the allocation of scarce resources to activities with the objective of optimizing one or more performance measures(joseph, 2004). In this situation, resources and activities can take on many different forms. Scheduling is an important tool for manufacturing and engineering, where it can have a major impact on the productivity of a process. If we assume that resources are machines in a manufacturing workshop, and activities are various operations in the manufacturing process, then it is the production scheduling which plays a principle role in the competition between manufacturing enterprises. The studies dealing with this sort of problems are abundant and the values of these researches are significant. Or it can also be project scheduling which is an important task in project management. The presence of scarce resources as well as precedence relations between activities makes project scheduling a difficult task (Hartmann and Briskorn, 2010). And project scheduling has attracted an ever growing attention in recent years both from science and practice. The models in this area are rich in the sense that many well-known optimization problems are special cases of the more general project scheduling models (Brucker et al., 1999). For instance, job shop scheduling problem, a typical production scheduling problem, is a special case of the resource-constrained project scheduling problem. The RCPSP has been proved belongs to the class of the strongly NP-hard problems (Blazewicz et al., 1983). The problem we get can be summarized as follows: there are N jobs which are labeled i = 1, 2, and the job needs processes; we have M renewable resources labeled m= and the quantity of the resource is labeled ; Each process needs certain amounts of resources to be performed, we use as the kinds of resources used by process of job i, signed as precess(i,j) for short; represents the resource of process(i,j); in addition, the sequence of processes is given when they use the same resource synchronously and the quantity is insufficient. According to the description, our problem has similarities with the classic resourceconstrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP) which has became a standard problem for project scheduling in the literature. 4 Avancées & perspectives In the previous works, I have analyze the given problem and match it to the well known resource-constraints project scheduling problem in order to solve this problem more efficiently based on the existent algorithms and develop a new method for solving this kind of problem. Several different algorithms have been surveyed. In the future research, a heuristic approach will be used first to solve the given problem, and base on this solution, an exact algorithm will be found to get the optimum result. And then, a comparison will be done between the new exact algorithm and the existent algorithm by using the data of Project Scheduling Problem (PSPLIB). He received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou P.R.China in Then in 2009 he obtained the M.S. degree in Enterprise Management from Lanzhou University, P.R.China. He is at present working towards the Ph.D. degree Industrial Engineering at Lanzhou University. He is taking his joint PhD program in Industrial Engineering at Ecole Centrale Paris, France since 10 October His current research interests include production optimization and supply chain configuration considering environmental issues. Résumé (Abstract) We consider the carbon emission and focus on the optimization of production planning and regulation policy for the manufacturer and government. The manufacturer provides an emission-dependent product to satisfy a customer demand with green preference. The government makes an emission regulation policy with an objective of maximizing the society utility including both the environment and economy. He not only assigns the emission allowance for the manufacturer in a production planning horizon, but also limits the production with an emission cap for each production period. There is a Stackelberg game between the decisions of the government and manufacturer, and the equilibrium solution exists when they pursuit their optimal decisions. 6 Contexte et Problématique Carbon emission issues have received worldwide attention in recent years, but research in operations management (OM) and operations research (OR) has been almost absent from the efforts optimizing operational decisions. We consider the carbon emission and focus on the optimization of production planning and regulation policy for the manufacturer and government with some operation research approaches. Objectif de la recherche In this research, we try to help the manufacturers to make their optimal decisions on production planning, technology selection and product pricing under the emission constraints; and the government to make emission regulation policy to protect the environment as well as promote the economy. We have finished some work for the first part. The coming work is the research for the decisions between the government and manufacturer.

However, more and more behavioral and psychological experiments show that the existence of these preferences will lead to decision-makers deviating the traditinal opitmal decision. Therefore, it is necessary to incorporate these preferences into supply chain to figure out its influence and then design more practicable contracts to coordinate the supply chain and increase its efficiency. My thesis involves and attempt to answer the following three important questions : (1) Will the solutions of Nash bargaining game be th members fairness benchmarks in the supply chain and if it is true, how do they affect the decisions of the supplier and the retailer? (2) will the people s intention affect the members decisions and channel s coordination? (3) how does the fairness affect the decision when one supplier deals with two or more retailers? 11 Contexte et Problématique Traditional econocomics theory assume that people are rational and their only goal is to maximize their own profits. However, numerous behavioral experiments and empirical studies lately confirm the existence of these behavioral preferences, one of the most important findings is that the real decision always deviates from the conclusions that derived from traditional normative theories. It has been widely accepted that the root of this systematic bias is that the traditional normative research neglects the influence of people's behavior. Thus, it is very necessary to consider behavioral preferences in order to explain the real process of economic decisions. My PhD thesis will focous on peopl s social preprefences and their influece on the decision under the background of supply chain. Objectif de la recherche The main goal is to figure out how do the social preferences affect the players decisions after incorporating peopl s social preprefences(such as fairness concern, reciprocity) into the supply chain. Until now, I have finished the first topic and the second one is what I am studying, the last one is my possible future topic.

13 Contexte et Problématique Le problème dit de «Unit-Commitment» consiste à trouver un planning de production à coût minimal qui satisfasse la demande en énergie des clients et des services systèmes. Sa principale difficulté vient de la modélisation extrêmement détaillée du parc de production contenant les centrales thermiques, nucléaires et hydrauliques. Cette modélisation tente de représenter aussi finement que possible la réalité, afin que le planning «optimal» de et sa non-convexité rendent le problème difficile à résoudre. EDF dispose néanmoins d'un outil industriel de résolution du problème, dont la mise en place progressive a su profiter, au fil du temps, des avancées théoriques dans le domaine de la programmation mathématique. Or, le modèle actuel considère un monde entièrement déterministe. En pratique, afin de faire face aux aléas, un processus opérationnel supplémentaire a été mis en place et consiste en la -journalier. Pour le problème de «Unit Commitment», il ne s'agit pas d'une restriction abusive, car elle permet de prendre de systèmes de production intermittente (éolien, solaire). La méthodologie consiste donc dans le traitement des difficultés une-à-une. Elles seront investiguées de manière isolée. Résumé (Abstract) Embracing an all-hazard view dealing with deteriorations and failures, natural disasters, accidents and malevolent intentional acts, a framework for the vulnerability analysis of safety-critical systems and infrastructures is set up. A hierarchical structure organizes the information on the hazards, which is then manipulated through a decision making process for evaluation. We present the framework and tis hierarchical model, and reform the evaluation focused on assessing the susceptibility of a safety-critical system to intentional hazards, considering criteria of diverse nature, such as: physical characteristics, social criticality characteristics, exposition to cascading failures, resilience. We use a ranking method to compare systems of different characteristics. The systematic process of analysis is presented with reference to nuclear power plants. 16 Contexte et Problématique The vulnerability of safety-critical systems and infrastructures is of great concern, given the multiple and diverse hazards that they are exposed to and the potential large-scale consequences. Objectif de la recherche We illustrate a decision-making framework intended to guide analysts, managers and stakeholders in the systematic identification of the sources of vulnerability and their effective management in an all-hazard perspective. Based on enough decisions made by experts, we expect that the method can then replace the experts. Méthodologie de recherche We conceptualize vulnerability as a global system property related to the system susceptibility to all hazards, intentional, random internal and natural, and to resilience. Notably, resilience should not be considered separately but for its effects on the susceptibility to three different kinds of hazards. The evaluation through the framework is shown by way of analyzing the susceptibility to intentional hazards of a safety-critical system, namely a Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), considering the vulnerability sources and the related features, the system technical and physical features, and the dependencies and interdependencies on other systems. Fuzzy TOPSIS method is used to give a primary ranking of performance for part of the NPPs. Then the ranking is integrated into a ACUTA method in using an implementation of the method available in the Open Source software Diviz of the Decision Deck Project to give a whole ranking of the considered NPPs. Avancées & perspectives A representation of the essential terms for the analysis of susceptibility to the intentional hazards for a Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) is established. Furthermore, a case study is introduced and the results simulated under software Diviz are presented. The main contribution is the establishment of a foundation for development of hierarchical NPPs by using the ACUTA method. Further work will continue to be focused on the complete of the framework, on one side to better represent the susceptibility to the intentional hazards and on the other side to merge the susceptibility to random internal failures and susceptibility to natural hazards into the framework for vulnerability management and for complex system planning and operation purposes.
