2 TYPES DE JOINTS TYPES STANDARDS (ne remplir que le type 1) A = ovale avec trou central rond. D = triangle avec avec trou central rond. M = avec plusieurs trous de joint. T = joints possédant plusieurs trous et dont il est difficile de déterminer leur fonction (concerne principalement les joints de transmission). O = joints ouverts. F = voir figure. E = voir figure. AUTRES TYPES (toujours remplir TY1 et TY2) combinaison : TY1 (forme intérieure) R = principalement ronde. V = principalement carré et rectangle. S = quelconque. TY2 (forme extérieure) R = principalement ronde. V = principalement carré et rectangle. S = quelconque. NOTE Quand 2 côtés plats se trouvent face à face, nous mesurons & à cet endroit, étant la plus petite distance. Si la forme extérieure d un joint est complètement ronde, nous mesurons le diamètre et n avons pas de longueur (fig. 1). Si des parties dépassent de la forme ronde, il est dors possible de mesurer et (fig 2). S il y a plusieurs trous de joint intérieurs, sera le plus gros. 1 2

Sinon, laisser de côté et regarder les types restants après avoir recherché d autres paramètres. AT-GA = nombre total de trous dans le joint. = plus grande dimension du joint si celui-ci n est pas complètement rond. = diamètre extérieur si celui-ci est est complètement rond. 9 TYPES OF SEALS STANDARD TYPES (only fill out TY1) A = oval with round centre hole. D = triangular with round centre hole. M = several seal holes. T = if there several holes but you don t know whether they are seal holes or mounting holes (mainly the case with transmission seals). O = open. F = see figure. E = see figure. OTHER TYPES (fill out both TY1 & TY2) Combination: TY1 (inner shape) R = mainly round. V = mainly square and rectangular. S = random. TY2 (outer shape) R = mainly round. V = mainly square & rectangular. S = random. NOTE If there are 2 flat sides across each other, we measure & ( is the shortest distance). If the outer shape is completely round, we measure and no (fig. 1). If there are other juts on the round shape, we can measure both & (fig. 2). AT-GA = total amount of holes. = biggest dimension of the seal if the outer shape is not completely round. = outer diameter, if outer shape of seal is completely round. TY2 (Aussenform) R = überwiegend rund. V = überwiegend quadratisch & rechteckig. S = übrige. ANMERKUNG Bei 2 flachen sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten werden & gemessen, wobei der kleinste Abstand ist. Wenn die äußere Form einer Dichtung vollkommen rund ist, dann wird gemessen; besteht dann nicht (Abb. 1). Sind bei der runden Form auch Vorsprünge vorhanden, wird sowohl als auch gemessen (Abb. 2). Bestehen mehrere Dichtungslöcher innen, wird das Größte für die Messung von herangezogen. 1 2
