Le département de la conception urbaine de l' Université technique Vilnius Gediminas (Lituanie) et trois associations d'architectes-paysagistes (Lituanie, Lettonie, Allemagne) ont travaillé ensemble pour partager les bonnes pratiques et de l'expérience dans l'enseignement et la formation professionnelle (EFP). Leur objectif commun était de mettre en place un programme de la formation basée sur les outils et les matériaux pour le développement professionnel continu. Résumé: : Thèmes: Sectors: Types de Produit: The CPD-LA project was tackling the problem of a missing systematic, contemporary and continuous programme for professional development of the professionals in Landscape Architecture (LA) in Lithuania and Latvia. Besides fragmented higher education programmes in landscape architecture, no VET courses were offered for LA professionals in the Baltic States. University s department of Urban design (Lithuania) and three associations of landscape architects (Lithuania, Latvia, Germany) worked together sharing good practices and experience in vocational education and training (VET). Their common goal was to establish a training programme supported with tools and materials for continuous professional development. The long term impact of the project will lead to better competencies of landscape architects and more competitive professional services of landscape architecture in Lithuania, Latvia and throughout the EU. The project's outcomes will increase efficiency of public and private investment into urban development through higher quality of planning and design projects in LA. The aim of the Project was to transfer the programme of CPD from German Landscape Architects Association (BDLA) to Lithuanian and Latvian professional environment through engagement of Lithuanian and Latvian landscape associations. Project's target group was current and future landscape architects, incl. employers of landscape architects, local municipalities, professional asscociations, and professionals from related fields. The objectives of the project were set as follows: * Gain an in-depth understanding of training needs among landscape architects and their employers based on good practice of BDLA VET system; * Transfer and adapt the learning material to national and cultural environments; * Create training modules and corresponding training methods for a full training offer in landscape architecture; * Select and train the trainers to run the CPD programme; * Test and verify quality of the CPD-LA materials; * Ensure the sustainability of the operation to run the CPD in LA programme in Lithuania, Latvia and the other countries in the Baltic Sea Region and beyond. *** Formation continue ** Marché du travail ** Développement durable ** Formation tout au long de la vie ** Enseignement supérieur ** Formation ouverte et à distance ** Écologie ** Construction ** Enseignement ** Arts, Spectacles et Activités Récréatives Matériel pour l'enseignement 2
