Didier AYIBATIN Directeur Général Adjoint Deputy Managing Director Didier AYIBATIN est titulaire d un Master of Science de la London Metropolitan University, spécialité «International Trade and transport». Il totalise 17 années d expériences bancaires sur le plan international plus spécifiquement en Grande Bretagne (UK) dans les domaines des financements structurés, la gestion de la relation clientèle, Corporate et Private banking. Après huit années d irréprochables services au sein de ZENITH BANK (UK) LTD à Londres où il a eu à occuper divers postes à responsabilité, Didier AYIBATIN fut sollicité par les actionnaires de la BAIC pour occuper le poste de Directeur Général Adjoint de la BAIC. L objectif visé étant de s appuyer sur son expérience pour établir, au sein de la BAIC, une expertise dans le domaine de la banque d Affaires (financement structuré) au plan mondial conformément aux normes en la matière. Il a su également mettre ses compétences techniques, avec satisfaction de sa hiérarchie, au service d Europe Arab Bank Plc. (Londres), ABC INTL Bank Plc. (Londres), Bank Leumi UK Plc. (Londres) dans les domaines de la gestion des crédits, le financement du commerce international, les financements structurés, la gestion de fortune, la promotion des produits bancaires. Didier AYIBATIN prend aussi activement part à divers séminaires de la Chambre Internationale de Commerce (ICC) de Londres. Didier AYIBATIN got a Master of Science in International Trade and Transport from the London Metropolitan University. He totals 17 years banking experience at international level, more specifically in Great Britain (UK) in the areas of structured finance, customer relationships management, Corporate and Private banking. After eight years of impeccable services at ZENITH BANK (UK) LTD in London where he held various senior positions, BAIC shareholders requested Didier AYIBATIN to hold the position of Deputy Managing Director for BAIC. This is to build on his experience to establish, within BAIC, some expertise in the area of merchant banking (structured finance) worldwide in accordance with the applicable standards. He also made use of his technical skills, to his superiors general satisfaction, for the benefit of Europe Arab Bank Plc. (London), ABC INTL Bank Plc. (London), Bank Leumi UK Plc. (London) in the areas of credit management, trade finance, structured finance, asset management, banking product promotion. Adam DENDE AFFO Directeur Général Managing Director Avant d être nommé à la tête de la BAIC, Adam DENDE AFFO était le Directeur Général de la Caisse Autonome d Amortissement (CAA), institution sous tutelle du Ministère des Finances et de l Economie de la République du Bénin. 1er Manager à avoir passé 9 ans à la tête de cette institution clé des finances de la République depuis sa création, Adam DENDE AFFO a été l acteur de référence dans le cadre des plus importantes opérations de levées d emprunts obligataires de FCFA 54 milliards CFA en 2007 et de FCFA 69 milliards en 2011 au profit du Gouvernement béninois. Sous l impulsion de son leadership, la CAA a mobilisé plus de FCFA 1100 milliards ( 1,7 milliards) pour le financement des projets de développement. A ce poste, il a été Vice-Gouverneur de la BID pour le Bénin et Administrateur du Groupe de la BSIC pour le compte du Bénin. Il a occupé le poste de Directeur du Contrôle Financier et du Contrôle de Gestion de Ecobank Bénin, où il a d ailleurs été distingué Meilleur Manager de l année 2004. Consultant International, Auditeur financier et chef de mission Sénior pendant 5 ans chez MAZARS & GUERARD (Côte d Ivoire), Adam a accompagné de nombreuses entreprises, sur le plan africain, à bâtir un système comptable et financier performant sur du long terme, à la grande satisfaction des clients. Il a par ailleurs reçu de nombreuses distinctions dont celui du Chevalier de l Ordre National du Bénin 2009 et du Meilleur Manager Africain délivré par le CIMA en Juillet 2012, qui confirment sa compétence managériale des entreprises en général et des établissements financiers en particulier. Adam DENDE AFFO est diplômé de 3è cycle en Gestion des Entreprises et totalise 21 ans d expériences professionnelles. Before being appointed to head BAIC, Adam DENDE AFFO was the Managing Director of the Benin sinking fund Caisse Autonome d Amortissement (CAA), an institution under the Ministry of finance and economy of Benin Republic. As the 1st Manager to have spent 9 years at the head of this key financial institution of Benin Republic since its creation, Adam DENDE AFFO was the key player in the most important raising operations of debenture loans of FCFA 54 billion in 2007 and FCFA 69 billion in 2011 in favor of the Government of Benin. Thanks to his dynamic leadership, CAA raised over FCFA 1.1 trillion ( 1.7 billion) to fund development projects. At that position of Managing Director of CAA, he was Vice-Governor of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) for Benin and Director of the BSIC Group on behalf of Benin. Prior to that, he held the position of Director of Financial and Management Control at Ecobank-Benin, where he was awarded Best Manager of year 2004. As an International consultant, Senior financial auditor and head of mission for 5 years at MAZARS & GUERARD (Ivory Coast), Adam DENDE AFFO assisted many companies, on the African continent, in establishing an accounting and financial system that remains effective over a long period of time, to the great satisfaction of clients. In addition, he received several distinctions including that of Knight of Benin honorary institution Ordre National du Bénin in 2009 and Best African Manager awarded by CIMA in July 2012, which confirm his skills in managing businesses in general and financial institutions in particular.
