DÉTERMINATION SENS DE ROTATION ARBRE PITMAN TRANSMISSION Tenez le boîtier de direction en face de vous comme sur la figure. Tournez l axe de colonne dans le sens des aiguilles d une montre et observez dans quelle direction l arbre pitman tourne Tournez l axe de colonne jusqu au bout dans n importe quelle direction. Marquez la position de l axe pitman ainsi que l axe de colonne. Tournez l axe de colonne shaft dans le sens inverse jusqu à la fin et ajoutez le nombre de rotations. La dernière rotation non-complète est mesurée en minutes. Constatez maintenant combien de rotations l axe de pitman a tourné. p.ex. : 7T 50M 18M 7 rotations 50 minutes de l axe de colonne équivalent 18 minutes de l axe de pitman

DETERMINING THE ROTATION DIRECTION OF THE PITMAN SHAFT TRANSMISSION Hold the steering gear housing in front of you as per picture. Turn the screwball shaft clockwise and observe the sense of rotation of the pitman shaft. Turn the screwball shaft in a random sense to the end. Mark the position of the pitman and screwball shat. Turn the screwball shaft in reverse sense to the end and add the number of rotations. The last incomplete rotation is measured in minutes. Observe the number of rotations that the pitman shaft has done. e.g.: 7T 50M 18M 7 rotations 50 minutes of the screwball shaft corresponds with 18 minutes of the pitman shaft.

BESTIMMUNG DREHRICHTUNG PITMAN SHAFT TRANSMISSION Halten Sie das Getriebe vor sich, etnsprechend der Abbildung. Drehen Sie den Screwball Shaft im Uhrzeigersinn, und beobachten Sie in welcher Richtung der Pitman Shaft dreht. Drehen Sie den Screwball Shaft in eine beliebige Richtung bis zum Ende. Markieren Sie die Position des Pitman und Screwball Shafts. Drehen Sie den Screwball Shaft in die entgegengesetzte Richtung bis zum Ende, und zählen Sie die Rotationszahl. Die letzte nicht vollständige Rotation wird in Minuten angegeben. Stellen Sie nur fest, wieviel Rotationen der Pitman Shaft gemacht hat. Z.B.: 7T 50M 18M 7 Rotationen 50 Minuten vom Screwaball Shaft entsprechen 18 Minuten vom Pitman Shaft.
