CONCLUSION What is necessary fr a prper transpsitin f the Return directive 1) T re-think the designated residence scheme and in particular t increase the prtectin f migrants rights ; t invent additinal ways t guaranty their rights. 2) T create new institutins, such as (financial r mral) warranty, caching, etc. 3) T adpt a glbal apprach t migratins, in rder t increase the efficiency f the scheme and the prtectin f fundamental rights. 9
