REPUBLIQUE TUNISIENNE Ministère de l Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique Programme Intégré de Formation des Formateurs (PRIFF) Appel à candidature Formation des enseignants PES- d anglais En Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT, module 3) Troisième phase Mars 2016 Le Ministère de l Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique (MESRS) a l honneur de vous annoncer le démarrage de la troisième phase du Programme Intégré de Formation des Formateurs (PRIFF) en langue anglaise destiné à former et à certifier les enseignants d anglais (Professeurs d Enseignement Secondaire, PES, enseignant hors départements d anglais) en Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT, module 3) au sein de chaque université. Cette étape se déroule grâce à l appui de notre partenaire Anadarko Beks Tunisia Cette nouvelle phase du PRIFF se déroulera en trois étapes : 1/ Etape 1 : Formation accélérée d une durée de 20 heures au sein de l université du candidat délivrée par les formateurs référents (TDC) formés et consolidés durant la phase 1 du PRIFF «Langue anglaise» dans le cadre du PARESII ; cette formation sera appuyée par des experts mobilisés par le British Council-Tunisia ;(21-25mars 2016) 2/ Etape 2 : Séance de «microteaching» d une durée de 20 minutes par enseignant (28-31mars 2016) 3/ Etape 3 : Passage de la certification d une durée de 1 heure au siège du British Council à Tunis. Les enseignants d anglais éligibles désireux de participer à cette formation sont invités à déposer leurs candidatures en ligne conformément aux étapes suivantes : 1/ Télécharger le formulaire du site du ministère (www.mes.tn) ou de la page «Facebook» de British Council : https://www.facebook.com/britishcounciltunisia 1

La date limite de réception électronique des candidatures est fixée au 01mars2016 à minuit.toutes les candidatures doivent être confirmées par la transmission (via l université du candidat(e)) du dossier de candidature au MESRS (Unité de Gestion du PARESII). Le dépôt des dossiers au sein des universités est fixé au 02 mars 2016, délai de rigueur, la décharge du Bureau d ordre de l Université faisant foi. Les candidatures seront étudiées par un comité scientifique mixte composé de membresdu MESRS et du British Council conformément à des critères préétablis (Cf. Demande de candidature).

WHAT IS TKT? Teaching Knowledge Test is an internationally recognised teacher training qualification from Cambridge ESOL Examinations. It is also a teacher training course delivered by British Council as a preparation for the test. TKT consists of three core modules, with one test for each. Each test lasts for 80 minutes and has 80 questions. TKT aims to increase teachers' confidence and enhance job prospects by focusing on the core teaching knowledge needed by teachers of primary, secondary or adult learners. Various elements of this flexible and accessible award will help you to understand: Classroom Functions Identifying the Functions of Learners Language Categorising Learners Mistakes Teachers Roles Grouping Students Correcting Learners Giving Feedback WHO IS TKT FOR? TKT is ideal for all teachers, whatever your background and teaching experience. Candidates taking TKT will normally have some experience of teaching English to speakers of other languages. TKT may also be taken by: pre-service teachers teachers who wish to refresh their teaching knowledge teachers who are moving to teaching English after teaching another subject There are no formal entry requirements for the TKT examinations. However, anyone wishing to take TKT is strongly advised to have at least an intermediate level of English - level B1 of the Council of Europe's Common European Framework of Reference for Languages The training will include a focus on TKT Module 3 which covers the following topics: Managing the teaching and learning process Teachers' and learners' language in the classroom. Classroom management. The training will be followed by a Cambridge ESOL Examinations on TKT Module 3
