IMPORTANT Installer and Users please note: These instructions should be read carefully and left with the user of the product for future reference. INSTALLATION 1. Fold out the two outer bars as shown below, and secure in place with the screws provided. 2. Attach the dipole to the centre bar as shown below: 3. Attach the two reflectors using the wingnuts supplied. Page 2
4. Attach to the mast in the orientation shown in the picture below. 5. Orientate the aerial so that it points to the nearest transmitter. You can find the location of your nearest transmitter at http://www.ukfree.tv/transmitter.php If there is an obstruction in the direction of the transmitter, then pointing the aerial slightly to one side of the obstruction may result in improved reception. If in doubt, observe other aerials installed in the neighbourhood, and point the aerial in the same direction. 6. Connect the coaxial cable to the F-connector on the dipole unit. 7. Connect a TV coax plug to the other end of the coaxial cable and plug into to the aerial input of the television If using a ready-made cable with F-connectors on both ends, adaptors are available, part number F399A (F-socket to TV-coax plug) from your local Electrovision dealer (see www.electrovision.co.uk and click the "dealers" link) OPERATION These aerials are intended for use with analogue and digital television receivers in Band IV and Band V (MHz to 860MHz). They are wideband aerials, so can be used whenever Group A, Group B, Group CD, or Group W aerials are specified. Page 3

4. Fixez au mât dans le sens indiqué dans l'image ci-dessous. 5. Orientez l'antenne de telle façon qu'elle pointe vers l'émetteur le plus proche. Vous pouvez consulter le site www.tnt.net/couverture-tnt-et-tnt-hd-335.html pour localiser votre émetteur. S'il y a un obstacle dans la direction de l'émetteur, pointer légèrement l'antenne vers un côté de l'obstacle peut améliorer la réception. En cas de doute, observez les autres antennes installées dans votre voisinage et orientez votre antenne dans la même direction. 6. Connectez le câble coaxial sur le connecteur F de l'antenne. 7. Connectez une fiche TV mâle coaxiale à l'autre bout du câble coaxial et branchez dans l'entrée antenne de la télévision. Si vous utilisez un câble tout fait avec des connecteurs F à chaque bout, des adaptateurs sont disponibles sous la référence F399A (fiche femelle F vars fiche TV mâle coaxiale).
