Flood risk assessment in the Hydrographic Ebro Basin. Spain PHASE 1: PFRA PHASE 1: EPRI Conclusions Conclusions: This assessment, using historical and territorial information, delivers reliable results and enables its validation. Historical analysis: classification of real events, high reliability, not always representing present situations. Territorial analysis: homogeneous for the entire basin, but not always confirmed by any registered events. This combined methodology based on both lines of work enables calibration of obtained results.
