In this light, a better match between the supply of skills and labour market demand is necessary. Companies have a key role in assessing skills, needs and in upgrading. It is essential to be quick to adapt and gain a new orientation towards an eco- sustainable economy with a suitably trained workforce with green knowledge and competencies. Six vocational colleges joined forces and developed a European offering of eco-modules for building professionals.
