Rodin et Baudelaire Rodin a révolutionné la sculpture et son impact a survécu jusqu à aujourd hui. Un écrivain contemporain ayant fortement influencé Rodin, c est Baudelaire, pour qui il avait une profonde admiration. Ils partageaient un lien étroit, tous deux ayant prêté à la controverse. L art de Rodin s opposait à son temps et à la notion de la beauté. Au lieu de sculpter des corps entiers et figés, il les a faits sans bras ni tête et il les a captivés en mouvement. Rodin a été accusé de faire du moulage sur un modèle vivant. Pour prouver le contraire, il a fait une sculpture plus grande que nature. Quant à Baudelaire, il a transformé la notion de la beauté. Son recueil de poèmes, Les Fleurs du Mal, a initialement fait scandale. Le tribunal en a ordonné la saisie. Baudelaire a dû payer une amende. Treize poèmes ont été censurés sous prétexte qu ils offensaient la moralité. Tous deux se sont consacrés à une œuvre principale : Rodin avec La Porte de l Enfer, un assemblage de figures acclamé après sa mort, et Baudelaire avec Les Fleurs du Mal, publiées dans leur ensemble qu après sa mort. On y retrouve des thèmes identiques dans les deux : le désir, l excès, la déchéance, représentant la condition humaine. Cependant, la conception de l art de Rodin diverge de celle de Baudelaire. Pour Rodin, la beauté, c est la révélation de la vérité. La Porte de l Enfer contemple la destinée face à la mort. Pour Baudelaire, le but de l art n est pas tant réalité que beauté, comme l indique le titre de son œuvre principale. SECTION 2 Part A continued

Contrairement à d autres pays européens, le télétravail a encore du mal à s établir en France. La plupart des chefs d entreprise font difficilement confiance à leurs salariés et doutent qu ils puissent travailler efficacement à distance. Le télétravail pourrait cependant devenir une des formes de travail les plus populaires dans les prochaines décennies. Travailler sans se rendre sur le lieu de travail deviendrait un atout pour employeurs et employés. Les employés peuvent ainsi réduire leur nombre de trajets journaliers et économiser temps et argent. Des horaires sur mesure leur permettent ainsi de jongler plus facilement entre la vie familiale avec enfants en bas âge, et le travail. Les salariés français qui ont opté pour le télétravail préfèrent travailler à distance deux à trois jours par semaine, ce qui leur permet un contact avec leurs collègues. De par ailleurs, les entreprises offrant le télétravail ont enregistré une augmentation de productivité. Elles peuvent devenir plus compétitives en réduisant le coût de location de bureaux et aussi grâce au meilleur travail de salariés moins stressés et moins fatigués. SECTION 2 Part B continued
