Output Activity (Writing/sentence level/referential) Students will write one sentence about what 10 people on the board are doing. We will guess who each person is. 4. Output Activity (Speaking/sentence level/affective) Students will be given 3 rd person verbs and will perform a tableau vivant activity. For example, I will give a volunteer student a sentence like, Il se lève. The student will choose a pose to match the person in the sentence and hold that pose like they are in a painting (tableau). Because they cannot talk or move after they strike their pose, the others in the class will attempt to guess what he or she is doing based on the pose. If a student guesses incorrectly, the student posing may change his or her pose to better represent the sentence. 5. Output Activity 3 (Writing/paragraph level/affective) Write three paragraphs about what a family member typically does morning, afternoon, and night.
