Which file can I import? ESP can integrate 2 kind of files: XLSX CSV If you have Excel 2007 or more recent You use another spreadsheet software (Excel 2003 and older, other spreadsheet) In order to help you, you can directly download a template within the list of value 3
How can I create an import file? The first row is the header which describes each column: Column 1: must be «Reference». Column 2: must be «Quantity». Column 3: must be «Comment». Every other columns must remain empty. 4

For each line, you have to enter the part reference - column 1 the quantity - column 2 A comment - column 3 / if you wish to add a comment to your order for this line. Please note: - Do not add any space (except in your comment if you want) - Your comment cannot be longer than 250 characters - The quantity must be on a numeric format 5

I create my CSV without spreadsheet You can also create your import file directly in a csv extension without spreadsheet (manually with notepad or automatically generated by an ERP). Quel fichier puis-je importer? Vous pouvez importer des fichiers sous 2 types de format : XLSX CSV J utilise Excel 2007 ou une version plus récente J utilise un autre tableur (Excel 2003 et antérieur, autre logiciel) Pour vous aider, vous pouvez télécharger dans la liste de valeur le modèle de document souhaité IMPORT PANIER 12
Comment créer un fichier d import? Vous devez créer un fichier avec 3 colonnes. La première ligne constitue l entête et doit contenir les informations suivantes : Colonne 1 : «Reference» Colonne 2 : «Quantity» Colonne 3 : «Comment» Toutes les autres colonnes devront rester vides. IMPORT PANIER 13

Pour chaque ligne, vous devez entrer : La référence de la pièce colonne 1 La quantité - colonne 2 Un commentaire - colonne 3 / si vous souhaitez ajouter un commentaire à votre commande pour cette ligne. Attention: - Ne pas ajouter d espace (sauf à l intérieur votre commentaire). - Votre commentaire ne doit pas excéder 250 caractères. - La quantité est rédigée en format numérique. IMPORT PANIER 14
Comment créer un fichier d import? J utilise Excel 2007 ou une version plus récente => J enregistre le fichier en format Classeur Excel (.xlsx). Choisir «Enregistrer sous» et s assurer que le format d enregistrement est bien Classeur Excel (xlsx). 15
Comment créer un fichier d import? J utilise une version plus ancienne d Excel (2003 et antérieure) ou tout autre logiciel de tableur. Choisir «Enregistrer sous» et sélectionner le format suivant «CSV séparateur point virgule». 16

Je crée mon CSV sans tableur Vous pouvez également créer directement votre fichier csv, sans passer par un tableur (fichier manuel avec le bloc-note ou fichier automatiquement généré depuis un ERP).
