Positionnez le moyeu dans l outil (rep. A, réf. 1E1324232A-OUT) afin d assurer le guidage des goujons puis assemblez les goujons (rep. 6) (froids, -15 C) dans le moyeu (rep. 4) (chaud, 120 C) à l aide d une presse. 4 4 tonnes Put the hub in the tool (rep. A, PN 1E1324232A-OUT) in order to insure the good positioning of the wheel studs, then assemble the wheel studs (rep. 6) (cold, -15 C) in the hub (rep. 4) (hot, 120 C) using a hydraulic press. 6 648 A Assemblez les centreurs (rep. 5) (froids, -15 C) dans le moyeu (rep. 4) (chaud, 120 C). Disposer les à 120 comme illustré ci-contre. . Assemblez la roue codeuse (rep. 7) sur l entretoise de moyeu (rep. B) à l aide d une presse. Contrôler la planéité de la roue codeuse : cible 0.2mm d écart max. B 7 2 tonnes Attention : l entretoise et le pivot sont appairés. Assemble the magnetic coding wheel (rep. 7) in the Hub strut (rep. A) using a hydraulic press. Check the flatness, target 0,2mm max. Be careful: the shim and the upright are paired 243 Assemblez la cale roulement (rep. 3) (chaude) sur le moyeu (rep. 4) (froid) à l aide de graisse antifret (référence PS59502A10). Graisser seulement l intérieur. Assemble the hub bearing shim (rep. 3) (hot) on the hub (rep. 4) (cold) with antifret grease (PN PS59502A10). Assemblez l écrou de moyeu (rep. 8) une fois le pivot et le moyeu froids, à l aide de graisse antifret et de l outillage référence 1E1324231A-OUT. Une fois l écrou serré, placer et serrer les arrêtoirs (rep. 9 et 10) à l aide des vis et rondelles (rep. 11 et 12) comme sur la photo ci-contre. 8 10 Ecrou/Nut 550 N.m Vis/Screw 6 N.m Assemble the hub nut (rep. 8) when the hub and the upright are cold with antifret grease and the tools PN 1E1324231A-OUT. The drive shaft fixing flanges need to be assembled with a special care in order to avoid deforming them: - You have to first position it by hand in the hub. - You can then approach and tighten the fixing screw (do not use impact wrench). Assemblez le conduit de refroidissement de frein (rep. 81/82) sur le pivot à l aide des vis et des rondelles (rep. 83 et 84). Nous vous conseillons de percer l écope afin de pouvoir accéder aux vis rapidement. Ces perçages seront recouverts de scotch alu afin de garantir l étanchéité du conduit. Assemble the brake cooling duct (rep. 81/82) on the upright with the screws and washers (rep. 83 and 84). We advise you to drill the air duct to access the screws quickly.
