Cette année pour faciliter vos commandes vous trouverez tous les objets promotionnels ELLE disponibles sur stock en ligne. Ce site vous permettra de consulter les détails des produits, les stocks, les prix et bien sûr de passer vos commandes directement avec notre centre de gestion et logistique Daktari. 10 OBJETS PROMOTIONNELS ELLE NON DESTINÉS À LA VENTE ELLE PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS NOT FOR SALE 18 INSTRUCTIONS OBJETS PROMOTIONNELS ELLE-NON DÉSTINES À LA VENTE PRIX ET DÉLAIS Taxes (y compris TVA) et transport ne sont pas inclus dans les prix. Pour les articles disponibles en stock, les délais de livraison sont de 10 à 15 jours. Pour les commandes nécessitant une fabrication spéciale, les délais varient de 5 semaines à 4 mois, en fonction du lieu de fabrication des objets. Des variations de prix peuvent intervenir au moment des réassorts (hausse des matières premières, évolution du cours des monnaies, des quantités demandées, taxes, décisions gouvernementales, etc.). CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES IMPÉRATIVES Les produits ne peuvent être vendus. Aucun des produits du catalogue ne peut être reproduit sans autorisation préalable écrite de HFA /CAOP et moyennent le paiement d un droit de reproduction. La marque ELLE ne peut pas être utilisée sur les produits promotionnels sans l accord préalable écrit de HFA/CAOP. Les objets promotionnels sont fabriqués exclusivement pour promouvoir ou faire de la publicité pour l édition ELLE ou des opérations de cadeaux. Toutes opérations promotionnelles utilisant des produits avec la marque ELLE devront être approuvées par HFA/CAOP avant d être lancées en fabrication. CONDITIONS PARTICULIÈRES Pour les opérations de cadeaux siglés ELLE offerts sur la couverture avec le magazine sur les lieux de vente, le logo «ELLE Magazine» doit impérativement être utilisé. Toute fabrication spéciale et utilisation de produit promotionnel ELLE hors catalogue doit faire l objet d une autorisation préalable écrite de HFA/ CAOP. Pour l obtenir, il est nécessaire d indiquer le produit, la date et le type de campagne promotionnelle, la quantité désirée, les coordonnées précises des fournisseurs concernés dans toutes les étapes de la fabrication. Les maquettes, motifs, échantillons et spécifications générales de tout produit destiné à la fabrication ainsi que l utilisation de la marque ELLE sur ce produit devront être communiqués à HFA/CAOP avant toute mise en fabrication. ATTENTION Le non-respect des présentes conditions aura de plein droit pour conséquence l interdiction d utiliser la marque ELLE sur les objets promotionnels ou les dessins de HFA/CAOP. HFP ou HFA/CAOP se réserve le droit de s opposer à la fabrication de tout produit ne présentant pas la sécurité juridique nécessaire ou pour lequel les conditions d exploitation de la marque ELLE ne lui paraissent pas respectées. Sans observation contraire de notre part dans les 5 jours suivant la confirmation de la réception de l ensemble des documents et informations requis, il pourra être procédé à la mise en fabrication du produit. PRICES AND DELIVERY Taxes (including VAT) and delivery costs are included. For products in stock, delivery time is 10 to 15 days. For specially manufactured items, allow 5 weeks to 4 months for delivery (depending on where the products are manufactured). Reorders may be subject to price variations (e.g. for rise of raw materials prices, variations of quantities ordered, currency fluctuations, governmental decisions and taxes ). KEY RULES Products cannot be sold. None of the items in this catalogue can be reproduced without prior authorization from HFA/CAOP* and reproduction rights will be asked for. All trademarks with ELLE on promotional items cannot be used without prior written approval of HFA/CAOP. Promotional products are exclusively made to promote or advertise the ELLE Edition or promotional operations. Any promotional operation using products with the ELLE trademarks should be approved by HFA/CAOP before production. SPECIFIC RULES ELLE magazine logo should be present on all ELLE branded cover gift offered with the magazine (covermounts). Prior written authorization of HFA/CAOP is requested for any ELLE promotional products which is not in this catalogue whatsoever its use. To this respect, content, planned quantity, date and kind of promotion, precise names and addresses of every manufacturer engaged in any aspect of manufacture should be communicated. Designs, patterns, samples, general specifications of any planned product and the manner in which the ELLE trademarks would be used on such product before starting production should be communicated to HFA/CAOP. WARNING The failure to respect the procedures here above will be considered as unauthorized use of the trademarks ELLE or patterns of HFA/CAOP which reserves all its rights particularly of legal action. HFP or HFA/CAOP reserves the right to withhold its authorization to manufacture any product that, in its opinion, does not respect ELLE s image or if HFP or HFA/ CAOP believes that there are legal obstacles to its use or manufacture. Unless we notify our disapproval within five working days after confirming receipt of all documents and information required, you may start manufacturing.
