Juriste de formation, il a débuté sa carrière en 1980 au Ministère du Commerce et de l Industrie, chargé de la réglementation du commerce extérieur et la programmation des importations, chargé de la composante commerce extérieur du Programme d Ajustement Structurel (PAS) en 1984, Membre du Comité national pour l adhésion du Maroc au GATT Chargé du Secrétariat de la Commission Consultative des Importations, Chef de Service des Mesures Tarifaires en 1994,Chef de la Division des Importations en 1996, Chef de la Division des exportations depuis 2005 et Directeur de la Politique Commerciale PI, membre du Comité Technique d appui aux consortiums d exportation. Since 2004, he is in charge of the Export Consortia project at the Ministry. In this context he has taken part in the establishment of the project in Morocco by preparing, coordinating and supporting, under the supervision of the high hierarchy, all cooperation actions. Mr. Abdenbi Benzakour est Administrateur au Ministère du Commerce Extérieur, Chargé de la Cellule Assistance Technique. Depuis 2004, il est en charge du suivi du projet Consortiums d'exportations au sein du Ministère et a de ce fait suivi de près et participé à l'instauration dudit projet au Maroc en préparant, coordonnant et accompagnant jusque là de toutes les actions de coopération sous la supervision de la haute hiérarchie.

He has taken part actively in the development of the ANPME strategic plan of activities, through strategic lines, strategic intervention for SMEs and operational development strategy of the ANPME Front offices. 5 5 Mr. Mohammed SAJID Président Consortium Fonoon 46, rue El Araar Casablanca Tel : Fax : m.sajid@maveltex.com Mohamed SAJID is the General Manager of Maveltex, and the president of the Moroccan home textiles consortium Fonoon. After his French baccalauréat (1994), he first studied textiles for two years in Lille (France), before graduating in Finance Management at Institut Supérieur Européen de Gestion Lille (1999). His first experience was in investment banking at Banque Scalbert Dupont (France). Back to Morocco, he started at the international Department of Banque Commerciale du Maroc, the actual Attijariwafabank. Then, he joined the family textiles group as the GM of Maveltex, the national leader in velvet upholstery fabrics. After defining a new high end and export strategy for his company, he involved himself in the creation of the first Moroccan home Textiles Consortium, Fonoon. Since its creation in June 2006, Fonoon has succeeded in developing an export business plan, including the creation of the brand Fonoon, the participation to major textile exhibitions, and is currently working on the creation of common collections for its members under the Fonoon brand. Mohamed SAJID est le Directeur Général de Maveltex, et le président du consortium marocain de textile maison Fonoon. Après son bac français (1994), il a d abord fais des études textiles pendant deux ans à Lille (France), et ensuite obtenu une maîtrise en Gestion Financière à l Institut Supérieur Européen de Gestion Lille (1999). Sa première expérience à concerné les investissements bancaires à la Banque Scalbert Dupont (France). A son retour au Maroc il a travaillé au sein du Service International de la Banque Commerciale du Maroc, l actuelle Attijariwafabank. Il a en suite intégré, comme Directeur Général, le groupe textile familial Maveltex, le leader national des tissus d ameublement. Après avoir défini de nouveaux objectifs et stratégies export pour sa société, il s est engagé dans la création du premier Consortium marocain de textile-maison, Fonoon. Dès sa création, en juin 2006, Fonoon a réussi à développer un business plan à l export, qui comprend la création d un marque commune Fonoon et la participation aux principaux salons internationaux du textile ; il est actuellement en train de travailler à la création d une collection commune pour ses membres sous la marque Fonoon.

He is also Chairman and CEO of Interlinge, specialising in the manufacture of underwear. INTERLINGE has secured contracts with various EC brands such Vanity Fair, Chantelle, Little Kiss, Women Secret, Oysho, and various others. INTERLINGE is also subcontracting for Mark & Spencer and Shadowline. INTERLINGE monthly capacity is units per month, ( units per day) 70 % of bras and 30 % briefs. Mr. Idrissi has a rich experience in industry and served as Managing Director in shirts industry, Export Manager in plywood industry and Sales Manager in ceramic (tiles) industry. Mr. Idrissi is graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Rouen (1986) in addition to a Master of Dauphine Université in Paris (1985). Boubker El Idrissi Qaitouni est né à Marrakech en 1961 et a commencé sa carrière d entreprise en Boubker El Idrissi Qaitouni est le Président du premier consortium au Maroc: MOSAIC, qui est un groupement de 6 entreprises du textile-habillement, avec un chiffre d affaires global de Euros. Il est aussi PDG d INTERLINGE, une entreprise spécialisé dans la fabrication de lingerie. Les clients d INTERLINGE sont de grandes marques européennes telles que Vanity Fair, Chantelle, Little Kiss, Women Secret, Oysho, et plusieurs autres. INTERLINGE travaille aussi comme sous-traitant pour Mark & Spencer et Shadowline. INTERLINGE a une capacité de pièces par mois ( pièces par jour) 70% soutiens-gorge et 30% slips. M. He held many positions in the Industrial private sector before working as a head of Rules of Origin Section at the Ministry of Industry & Trade between , where he advised exporters on the Rules of Origin in the EU and US Agreements signed with Jordan, advised Investors on most advantageous regime of export to the EU and US markets and he was responsible to apply a mechanism of Approved Exporters and Customs authorization numbers to exporters to EU. Then he moved to Jordan Upgrading & Modernization Programme, an independent national Programme as a head of Technical Assistance Unit who managed the overall process of providing diagnostic studies, technical assistance, training and capacity building support to a large number of enterprises in various parts of Jordan and was responsible to oversee the work of Facilitators in their supervision of diagnostics, in preparation of TORs for needed consultants and in the management of consultants work in the delivery of diagnostics and TA to enterprises. He was able to provide guidance and assistance to the facilitators in the efficient and rapid delivery of upgrading services to enterprises. Currently he is the Acting CEO of JUMP. Omar Qaryouti a un diplôme d Ingénieur industriel. Il a occupé plusieurs fonctions au sein du secteur industriel privé avant de travailler comme Responsable de la Section Normes d Origine du Ministère de l Industrie et du Commerce entre 2001 et 2004, où il a conseillé les exportateurs sur les Normes d Origine dans le cadre des Accords signés par la Jordanie avec l UE et les Etats Unis, il a conseillé les investisseurs sur les régimes plus avantageux pour exporter vers les marchés de l UE et des USA et il a été responsable de l application des mécanismes de «Exportateurs Approuvés» et de «Numéros d Autorisation de Douane» pour les exportateurs vers l UE. Il est donc passé au JUMP - Jordan Upgrading & Modernization Programme, un programme national indépendant, comme responsable de l Unité d Assistance Technique dont les compétences concernent les études de diagnostic, l assistance technique, la formation et le développement des capacités d un nombre élevé d entreprises dans différentes parties de la Jordanie ; il a été aussi responsable de la supervision de l activité des Promoteurs chargés, à leur tour, de superviser les diagnostics, de préparer le TdR pour les consultants, de la gestion de l activité des consultants dans la fourniture des diagnostics. Il a coordonné et assisté les promoteurs dans la fourniture rapide et efficace des services de mise à niveau aux entreprises. Il est actuellement l Administrateur a.i de JUMP.

We are exporting now mainly to USA and our main client is GEORGIOU STUDIO who has 80 shops all over USA. We have contracts to produce uniforms with the best companies in Jordan like Royal Jordanian, HSBC Bank, Mercedes Benz Company, Fastlink, and Mobilecom and others. J ai obtenu mon diplôme d ingénieur civil à l Université du Kuwait en Avec mes frères, j ai créé, en 1992, la société SABCO5 qui s occupe de production d habillement de qualité pour femme (blazers, blousons, pantalons, chemises et jupes) dans la meilleure zone industrielle d Amman, Jordanie (Zone Industrielle Abdullah II). Nous utilisons le meilleur savoir-faire et les meilleures machines d Europe. Pour notre production nous utilisons des tissus et le style italiens. He has been contributing to numerous studies and methodologies on cluster and export consortia development as well as presenting the UNIDO cluster programme at several international conferences.
