Ces points seront alloués à la fin de chaque trimestre en fonction du volume d achats (hors taxes) et pourront être échangés en tout temps contre divers items favorisant la croissance et la rentabilité de votre clinique. Référez-vous à la charte de points, disponible en ligne sur phytoderm.com, pour vérifier la façon dont les points sont attribués. 1) ÉLIGIBILITÉ AU PROGRAMME MARKETING POWER Le présent guide d achat Power est sujet aux conditions de l entente intervenue entre vous et PhytoDERM relativement au Programme Marketing Power. Seuls les adhérents répondant aux conditions d admissibilité du Programme Marketing Power offert par PhytoDERM peuvent utiliser le présent guide. Pour toute information additionnelle, n hésitez pas à communiquer avec nous au (514) ou ) DERNIÈRE COMMANDE DU TRIMESTRE Afin de garantir les points Power dans le trimestre d achat en cours, les commandes devront être placées jusqu au : 31 mars avant midi (heure de Montréal) 30 juin avant midi (heure de Montréal) 30 septembre avant midi (heure de Montréal) dernière journée de commandes de l année avant midi (heure de Montréal) Tous les points accumulés pendant l année et qui n auront pas été utilisés au 31 janvier se verront automatiquement annulés. 3) POINTS POWER La valeur en points Power de chaque item du catalogue est sujette à changement sans préavis. En cas de divergence entre la valeur donnée dans le guide d achat et la valeur requise lors de la prise de commande, la valeur énoncée par notre service à la clientèle prédominera. 4) QUANTITÉ LIMITÉE La quantité des items est limitée et des ruptures d inventaire peuvent survenir. These points will be allocated at the end of each quarter according to the volume of your purchases (before taxes). Your points can then be exchanged at any time for various items that will enhance the growth and profitability of your institute. Please refer to the Power Point Reference Chart, now online at phytoderm.com, to see the way points will be allocated. 1) ELIGIBILITY: POWER MARKETING PROGRAM The current Power purchase guide is subject to conditions of the agreement between you and PhytoDERM regarding the Power Marketing Program. Should the value in the catalogue and the actual value when ordering be different, the value declared by the customer service department will take precedence. 4) LIMITED QUANTITY Quantities are limited and stock shortages may occur. PhytoDERM cannot guarantee the availability of items listed in this guide. 5) DELIVERY COST No delivery charge will be applied to orders of Power items if placed with a regular product order of at least $500 (not applicable to equipment orders). For all other orders of Power items, 200 Power points will be deducted from your account. 6) AESTHETIC EQUIPMENT Extra transportation fees will be applied to these orders. The manufacturer of the equipment is responsible for honouring the guarantee on the aesthetic equipment featured in this guide. For any claims, please contact directly the manufacturer in Montreal. PhytoDERM does not act as an intermediary in case of equipment problems. * These terms and conditions can be modified at any time without notice. PhytoDERM reserves the right to modify or cancel the Power Marketing Program with a 30-day notice or following an announcement on Conditions: It is possible to accumulate points from one quarter to another. However, your account of acccumulated points for the calendar year will have to be brought back to zero by January 31 st of the following year. Failure to respect PhytoDERM s purchase policies can result in an immediate withdrawal of all privileges linked to the Power Marketing Program.
