17 Europeo Contract Italy Our roots are grounded into furniture history, in which we had a leading role in the change from craftsmanship businesses to the modern industries we know today; the carpentry laboratories were known for the extraordinary manual skill and care concerning works, whereas the industry allows us to apply the most sophisticated innovations in order to manufacture articles holding an excellent quality/price/design ratio with excellent qualitative constancy. We have three production facilities covering an operational surface area of about 46,000sqm where 180 workers operate. In the retail market we follow more than 4,000 clients world wide, to whom we guarantee products and services in line with their expectations, both in terms of quality and volume. Every year we cut and transform more than sqm panels into furniture corresponding to - approximately - the equivalent of 76 football ields. More than 70,000 cubic meters of inished goods leave our production lines every year. This data shows the capacity of Europeo company to handle and manage large and important supplies. Research and development, innovation and automation translate into a constant qualitative result. For this reason, every year we invest in new technological resources to make our corporate quality systems and processes even more eficient. Today we possess an industrial supply chain with a 100% CNC group of machinery offering numerous solutions based on Europeo s exclusive speciications. Europeo operates the Environmental Management System certiied according to international standard Uni En Iso in all its establishments. Flanked to this value are others emphasizing the attention given by the company to the respect of man and the environment; our ecocompatible orientation is indeed relected in the product design and continues favouring the use of semi-inished goods and production technologies with low environmental impact. With regard to recycling, Europeo has already obtained excellent results, sending more than 99% of its waste to certiied recovery processes. 32 For this solution the designers concentrated on several elements which make the realisation rich in aesthetic notes. The headboard is uphastered in burgundy tufted ecoleather, while the bed frame is in Aurea Silk Fabric. The bed is completed with Ted side tables in medium Glamour with chromed steel legs; the wardrobe doors, besides the Glamour structur, are enriched by the presence of the mirror.
