Join the LED revolution The world lighting market is on the verge of massive transformation due to the emergence of a breakthrough technology, Solid-State Lighting (SSL), whose most mature form is LED (Light-Emitting Diode) technology. Thanks to their decisive lighting advantages, LED products and solutions are expected to largely dominate the market in the coming years. Nous nous concentrons sur les segments du marché professionnel pour lesquels nos solutions apportent une valeur d usage maximale, à savoir les commerces et CHR (Cafés, Hôtels et Restaurants), les bureaux et l industrie, et enfin les collectivités publiques. Au-delà des performances techniques et de l efficacité énergétique, nous concevons pour nos clients des solutions spécifiques à leur domaine d activité et dont les bénéfices dépassent largement la simple fonction d éclairage. Un marché mondial en forte croissance Le marché de l éclairage général LED devrait dépasser le seuil des 5 milliards d euros en 22 contre 5 milliards d euros en 2, soit une croissance annuelle moyenne de 3%. Les segments du marché professionnel de l éclairage général LED ciblés en priorité par le Groupe ont représenté un marché de 4,7 milliards d euros en 23, et devraient dépasser les 2 milliards d euros en 27 soit une croissance annuelle moyenne de 27% sur la période. Cette forte croissance s accompagnera de l émergence de nouveaux marchés compte tenu des applications de la technologie LED dans l éclairage intelligent d une part, et dans les domaines du bien-être et de la santé d autre part. To propose innovative solutions to demanding professional customers Lucibel specializes in the design and distribution of innovative lighting solutions based in particular on Light-Emitting Diode (LED) technology. We focus on the professional market segments where our solutions can contribute maximum use value, i.e. retail, hotels and restaurants, offices and industry, and finally, public authorities. In addition to guaranteeing technical performance and energy efficiency, we design specific solutions for our customers business sectors whose benefits go way beyond lighting functions alone. A fast-growing international market The general LED lighting market is expected to exceed the 5 billion euro mark in 22 versus 5 billion euros in 2, generating an average annual growth of 3%. Within this sector, the professional market segments targeted in priority by the Group represented a 4.7 billion euro market in 23, and should exceed 2 billion euros in 27, representing an average annual growth of 27% over that period. This strong growth will also be supported by the emergence of new markets, given the applications for LED technology in both the smart lighting and the health and well-being sectors. En complément de l atelier de Procédés Hallier, situé en région parisienne, Lucibel assemblera à compter de juillet 24 ses produits à plus forte valeur ajoutée en France, dans son usine de Barentin (Haute Normandie). Ceci permettra à Lucibel de se rapprocher de ses clients et de leur proposer encore plus de possibilités de customisation et de solutions sur-mesure. A flexible, high-performance industrial organization Lucibel entrusts the assembly of a large portion of its products to Flextronics, one of the world leaders in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS). This agreement allows the Group to handle the growth of its business without making any product quality concessions. Lucibel thus controls its product design and development, and its relationships with strategic suppliers. In addition to the Procédés Hallier workshop located in the Paris area, Lucibel will assemble from July 24 its most value added products in France in its Barentin (Normandy) plant. C est en France que l organisation commerciale de Lucibel est actuellement la plus importante, mais le Groupe met en œuvre depuis sa création une stratégie de développement ambitieuse à l international. Ainsi Lucibel couvre déjà commercialement près de 3 pays au travers de ses diverses implantations commerciales et de ses partenaires distributeurs. Le Groupe a l ambition d accroitre progressivement sa présence internationale en ouvrant chaque année de nouveaux pays, selon une approche pragmatique et entrepreneuriale. A fast-expanding international footprint Lucibel is counting on the extension of its sales force and the strengthening of its international presence to outperform the organic growth of the LED lighting market. Lucibel currently has its largest sales organization in France, but the Group has been deploying an ambitious international growth strategy since its creation. Thus, Lucibel s commercial network already covered nearly 3 countries via its various sales entities and distributor partners. The Group intends to progressively expand its international footprint by entering new countries each year, in accordance with a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach. Depuis sa création, Lucibel a déjà procédé à cinq acquisitions dont les deux dernières en date, les sociétés françaises Cordel et Procédés Hallier, sont emblématiques de sa stratégie ciblée.
