3 CONDITIONS GENERALES DE LOCATION 2015 CAMPING LOU CANTAIRE EMPLACEMENTS DE CAMPING 1. Les réservations peuvent être effectuées par courrier, fax, , ou par téléphone. Votre demande sera enregistrée et un contrat de location vous sera adressé. Il sera à compléter et à nous renvoyer accompagné d un acompte de les frais de réservation (se référer aux tarifs) dans les 72 heures. La personne qui effectue la réservation doit être âgée d au moins 18 ans, être capable juridiquement de contracter conformément aux présentes conditions de location et garantir la véracité et l exactitude des informations. En outre, elle doit être participa nte au séjour réservé. Les droits de ce contrat ne sont pas transmissibles. Les demandes de réservation comprenant des enfants mineurs non accompagnés par un responsable légal direct (père ou mère) seront refusées. Nos hébergements et emplacements sont destinés à une clientèle familiale. Seront donc traitées en priorité les réservations correspondant à ce critère. 2. Après réception de votre contrat et de l acompte, nous vous adresserons une confirmation ferme et définitive. 3. La location est faite pour une période ferme déterminée. Conditions d annulations : toute annulation de réservation doit ê tre effectuée par écrit auprès de l établissement. En cas de force majeure (décès, maladie grave, licenciement) dûment constaté, l acompte versé sera remboursé, seulement en cas d annulation 3 semaines au plus tard avant la date d arrivée. Des frais d annulation de 30 euros seront conservés par le camping. 4. Arrivées à partir de 12 heures et départ avant 12 heures. Le solde du séjour est entièrement dû à l arrivée, (les règlements par chèque pour le solde du séjour ne sont pas acceptés) et ne verra aucun remboursement en cas de départ anticipé sauf accord de la direction. 5. Les locataires s engagent à prendre possession de l emplacement au jour fixé. A défaut, s il n a pas pris possession de l emplacement 24H après le jour convenu de son arrivée, la présente location est résiliée de plein droit sans aucune formalité et l acompte versé sera conservé par le camping à titre de dommages et intérêts. 6. Le forfait comprend l emplacement pour tente, caravane, ou camping-car, une voiture, deux ou trois personnes selon le camping et la saison, et l accès aux jeux. L électricité 16A est en supplément, facturé par jour par emplacement (voir tarifs). Les emplacements sont limités à 6 personnes maximum pour des raisons de sécurité. LOCATION 1. Après réception de votre contrat et de l acompte, vous recevrez un courrier de confirmation qui valide l acceptation des dates de séjour et rend parfait et définitif le contrat de location. 3. La location est faite pour une période déterminée, celle-ci ne peut être modifiée que dans la limite de nos possibilités. 4. Conditions d annulations : Toute annulation de réservation doit être effectuée par écrit auprès de l établissem ent. (fax, courrier ou lettre recommandée, E mail non acceptés). a/ Pour la période du 27 juin au 29 août 2015 : Pour toute demande d annulation à plus de 30 jours avant la date d arrivée prévue, l acompte et des frais d annulation de 30 seront conservés par le camping. Dans les 30 jours précédant la date d arrivée, aucun remboursement ne sera pris en compte. b/ Pour les périodes : du 14 mars au 27 juin 2015 et du 29 août au 18 octobre Toute demande d annulation sur justificatif recevable sera prise en compte quelle que soit la date de la demande. Les acomptes seront remboursés dans leur intégralité, déduction faite des frais d annulation de 30. Un départ anticipé ou une arrivée retardée ne donnera lieu à aucun remboursement. 5. Arrivée à partir de 16 heures le 1er jour de la location et départ avant 10 heures le dernier jour de la location. Aucune indemnité ne pourra être demandée si la clé de l hébergement est délivrée entre 16h et 17h le jour d arrivée. Les arrivées tardives ne sont possibles que jusqu'à 22 heures le soir, à condition d'en avertir la réception par téléphone le jour même avant 18 heures. 6. Les réservations ne sont possibles qu à partir de 2 nuits, ou par semaine en haute saison, les jours d arrivées sont indiqués dans la grille tarifaire. 7. Inclus dans le prix de la location : eau, électricité, gaz et accès aux jeux et animations. Tous les mobil-homes sont raccordés au réseau d'égout. 8. Une caution de 300 sera demandée à chaque client en début de séjour (250 pour les dégradations éventuelles du mobil-home + 50 pour le badge d'accès des barrières). Cette caution sera rendue au client lors de son départ après inventaire du mobil-home et restitution du badge. Le mobil-home doit être rendu en l'état de propreté identique à celui trouvé à l'arrivée, dans le cas contraire, une somme forfaitaire de 85 par ménage sera retenue. Le réfrigérateur doit être dégivré impérativement avant le départ, sinon il vous sera facturé un forfait dégivrage au tarif de 27. Les cautions en espèces ne pourront être restituées au client qu après ouverture de la réception. Si les clients souhaitent libérer leur mobil home avant l ouverture de la réception, ils devront prévoir une caution en carte bancaire ou en chèque bancaire. 9. La capacité d'accueil du mobil-home (4, 6, ou 8 personnes) est FERME pour une question d'assurance et donc de sécurité des personnes. Aucune personne supplémentaire (même enfant en bas âge) ne sera acceptée. 10. Les tentes sont interdites sur les emplacements de mobil-homes. Les remorques devront être stationnées au parking extérieur. Si la taille de l emplacement le permet, le prix d un véhicule supplémentaire sera appliqué. CONDITIONS GENERALES 1. Seules les personnes dont le nom figure sur le contrat de réservation seront admises à séjourner sur le camping. Tout changement restera à l'appréciation de la direction du camping. 2. A l'arrivée, les personnes devront se présenter à la réception afin d'effectuer les formalités d'entrée au camping (règlement du solde du séjour et de la taxe de séjour, délivrance des vignettes pour les véhicules et des bracelets pour tous les membres du groupe). Règlement du solde du séjour : Pour les séjours du 27 juin au 29 août 2015, le solde du séjour devra être réglé un mois avant la date d arrivée. A la date prévue de règlement de votre solde, si celui-ci ne nous est pas parvenu, nous vous adresserons un courrier en recommandé avec accusé de réception vous rappelant les conditions du contrat. Le séjour devra être réglé impérativement 15 jours avant la date de votre arrivée. Passé ce délai, votre réservation sera annulée de plein droit, et l acompte sera conservé par le camping (frais de relance à vos frais: 10 ). Pour les séjours du 14 mars au 27 juin 2015 et du 29 août au 18 octobre 2015, le règlement du solde du séjour pourra être effectué: - soit par chèque bancaire, virement bancaire ou chèques vacances ANCV un mois avant la date d arrivée - soit par carte bancaire, ou en espèces à votre arrivée (pour les cartes bancaires, nous vous conseillons de vérifier que les plafonds d autorisation bancaires sont suffisants pour régler le solde) Les clés de votre mobil-home ne vous seront remises qu après règlement du solde et de la caution. Le client peut s il le désire régler son séjour en plusieurs fois. Ce règlement en plusieurs fois sans frais n'est possible que s'il existe plusieurs mois entre la date de réservation et la date de solde attendue. Le client devra contacter l établissement pour convenir d un échéancier. Règlement en chèques vacances : En cas de règlement par chèques vacances, seuls ceux avec le talon supérieur seront acceptés. Dans le cas contraire, le client se verra retourner les chèques vacances. Une indemnité égale à 5% du montant payé sera retenue pour compenser les frais bancaires liés à ce type de paiement que ce soit pour une annulation ou pour modifier son mode de règlement. Le rendu de monnaie n étant pas obligatoire sur les chèques vacances, aucun remboursement ne sera fait en cas de trop perçu. 3. Aucun visiteur ne peut accéder au camping sans être préalablement passé par la réception afin de présenter une pièce d identité et de s'acquitter d'un droit d'entrée par visiteur (se référer aux tarifs). Aucun visiteur ne peut accéder aux piscines du camping. La direction se réserve le droit de limiter le nombre de visiteurs. Les visiteurs devront impérativement quitter le camping avant minuit. Les visiteurs devront laisser leur véhicule au parking extérieur non surveillé. 4. Les tarifs n'incluent ni la taxe de séjour ni les frais de RESERVATION. 5. Pour des raisons de sécurité, le nombre de véhicules est limité par emplacement - Emplacement mobil-home 4/6 personnes : 1 voiture maximum. - Emplacement mobil-home 8 personnes : 2 voitures maximum. Les voitures supplémentaires devront impérativement stationner au parking extérieur non surveillé. 6. Toute personne est tenue de se conformer au règlement intérieur du camping, l'assurance responsabilité civile est obligatoire pour l'ensemble des locataires. 7. En cas de litige, seul le tribunal rattaché au siège social de la société sera compétent. 8. Les hébergements sont attribués en fonction des disponibilités de manière à optimiser nos plannings. Cette attribution peut ê tre modifiée à tout moment avant la remise des clés. De ce fait, le client n a pas la possibilité de choisir son emplacement ou son numéro d hébergement à l avance et aucun numéro d emplacement ne lui sera communiqué avant son séjour. Dans le cas où le locataire souhaiterait à son arrivée un autre mobil-home que celui attribué par le camping, il pourra être satisfait dans la limite des possibilités de la direction. Les demandes particulières devront être spécifiées par le client au moment de sa réservation. Bien entendu, nous essayerons de les satisfaire en fonction de nos possibilités, sans pour autant les garantir. Aucune demande faite après l envoi de la confirmation de rése rvation ne pourra être prise en considération. Notre société se réserve néanmoins le droit de modifier le type d hébergement en le surclassant si aucune demande spécifique n a été formulée au moment de la réservation. 9. L'accès au camping en voiture est interdit de minuit à 7 heures du matin. L'accès se fera exclusivement à pied. 10. Les animaux domestiques de plus de 10 kg ne sont pas acceptés. De plus, la présentation de leur carnet de santé à jour à l'arrivée est obligatoire. Les chiens de première catégorie sont formellement interdits. Il est interdit de laisser les animaux seuls dans les mobil-homes en votre absence. Les chiens ne sont pas acceptés sur les plages environnantes, de même qu à la piscine du camping. 11. Les bouteilles de gaz ne seront pas changées entre 22h et 8h. 12. Les frais de virement bancaire seront à la charge du client. 13. Le port du bracelet au poignet est obligatoire pendant toute la durée du séjour. Les personnes refusant de mettre le bracelet se verront refuser l accès au camping. Un autocollant sera collé sur chaque véhicule. 14. Les piscines du camping ne sont pas surveillées, en conséquence les mineurs devront impérativement être accompagnés d un adulte. Conformément à la législation les shorts sont strictement interdits à la piscine, seuls les maillots de bain sont autorisés. 15. Bons vacances CAF : Le camping n est pas agréé par la Caisse d allocations Familiale et ne peut à ce titre recevoir aucun paiement en chèques de type «Bons CAF». Notre établissement pourra compléter pour votre CAF une attestation de séjour et fournir une facture acquittée sur demande si le séjour a été réservé directement par notre camping. Les documents devront nous être remis en début de séjour. 16. Les horaires d ouverture des services du camping peuvent vous être communiqués sur demande par téléphone une semaine avant votre arrivée dans l établissement. Ces horaires sont susceptibles d être modifiés en fonction de la saison et des conditions météorologiques. 17. Réservation de groupes : Toute réservation de plus de 4 mobil homes aux mêmes dates par la même personne physique ou par des personnes physiques différentes se connaissant est considérée comme une réservation de «groupe». Pour effectuer une réservation de groupe, vous devrez impérativement adresser une demande écrite par écrit ou par e mail a uprès de l établissement, à l attention de la personne chargée des réservations de groupe. 18. La direction se réserve le droit d entretenir les espaces verts du camping entre 10 h et 18h du lundi au samedi, en utilisant des tondeuses et taille haies, afin de préserver la propreté du camping. 19. Notre société ne peut être responsable des nuisances propres à l établissement ou à la ville (travaux, coupures d eau ou d électricité) qui viendraient perturber le séjour des clients. 20. Réclamations : Pour être prises en compte, toutes les réclamations devront se faire sur place durant le séjour et en aucun cas après. En cas de litige, les tribunaux du siège du camping sont les seuls compétents. Les réclamations éventuelles relatives à un séjour devront être signalées auprès de la réception du camping dans un premier t emps afin de résoudre le problème le plus rapidement possible. Et dans un second temps, par reclamation@sudestvacances.fr, ou par écrit à la réception du camping, elles devront être reçues dans un délai maximum de 8 jours après la date de retour. Aucune réclamation ne pourra être traitée s'il n'en a pas été fait mention durant le séjour auprès du camping. 21. La connexion wifi du camping est fournie aux campeurs avec un supplément. Le camping ne pourra être tenu pour responsable en cas de dysfonctionnement internet dû au Fournisseur d Accès Internet. 22. ASSURANCE ANNULATION ET INTERRUPTION DE SEJOUR: Vous avez la possibilité de souscrire une assurance «annulation ou interruption de séjour», en réglant la cotisation indiquée sur le contrat de location. Cette assurance devra être souscrite simultanément avec le contrat de location. Garantie annulation en cas de : Maladie Grave, Accident grave ou Décès, Destructions des locaux professionnels, Vols dans les locaux professionnels ou privés, Licenciement économique, Dommages graves à votre véhicule, Complications dues à l état de grossesse Garantie interruption de séjour en cas de : maladie grave, accident corporel ou décès, Vol et dommages graves causés aux locaux professionnels ou privés de l assuré La Notice complète de l assurance et les exclusions est téléchargeable sur notre site Internet, ou disponible par courrier sur demande. Contrat souscrit auprès de MAPFRE ASISTENCIA En cas de sinistre, la déclaration devra être faite au plus tard dans les 15 jours suivant la survenance de l évènement par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception auprès du Cabinet DU CRAY-15 rue GUIGLIA BP NICE CEDEX 1 - Tel: DROIT A L IMAGE : Vous autorisez expressément et sans contrepartie le camping à utiliser tous les supports de photographies de vous ou de vos enfants qui pourraient être prises au cours de votre séjour pour les besoins publicitaires du camping. 4 GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS 2015 CAMPING LOU CANTAIRE CAMPING 1. Reservations can be made by post, fax, or telephone. Your booking request will be registered immediately and a booking contract will be send to you, the completed contract needs to be returned to us bookings fee ( refer to price list) within 72 hours. The person making the reservation must be aged at least 18 and be able to legally contract to these rental conditions and guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information given. In addition, this person must be a participant in the stay. The rights of this contract are not transferable. Reservation requests including minors who are unaccompanied by a direct legal responsible person (father or mother) will be rejected. Our accommodations and pitches are designed for families. Therefore reservations complying with these restrictions will be given priority. 2. As soon as we have received and accepted your contract and deposit, we will send you a firm and final confirmation. 3. The dates of your stay are defined. In the event of any major incident (death, accident, major illness redundancy) the deposit will be reimbursed, however the cancellation must be received at least three weeks before arrival. Cancellations can be made by mail, fax or recommended letter. (E mail not accepted). A cancellation fee of 30 will be kept by the camping. 4. Arrival from 12 pm, departure before 12 pm. The remaining balance Is payable on your arrival (this payment cannot be made by cheque). This will not be reimbursed if the departure is earlier than planned, unless the management are in agreement. 5. The client must take possession of their camping pitch on the agreed arrival date. If the client has not arrived 24 hours after the planned date, the reservation will be cancelled and the pitch freed. The deposit sent will be retained by the camping. 6. The package includes a pitch for tent, caravan or motor home, a car and 2 or 3 persons, access to sports facilities. The electricity (extra) is 16A per pitch, supplement indicated per night (refer to pricelist). For security reasons, the number of persons is limited : 6 persons per pitch maximum. RENTED ACCOMMODATION 1. Bookings can be made by mail, fax, or telephone. Your booking request will be registered immediately and a booking contract will be send to you, the completed contract needs to be returned to us with 30% deposit of the total amount + bookings fee (refer to price list) within 72 hours. The person making the reservation must be aged at least 18 and be able to legally contract to these rental conditions and guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information given. In addition, this person must be a participant in the stay. The rights of this contract are not transferable. Reservation requests including minors who are unaccompanied by a direct legal responsible person (father or mother) will be rejected. Our accommodations and pitches are designed for families. Rental is for the specified dates which may only be changed within the limits of availability. 4. Cancellation Conditions Cancellations can be made by mail, fax or recommended letter. (E mail not accepted) a/ For the period 27 June to 29 August 2015 : For any cancellations more than 30 days before your foreseen arrival date, your deposit and 30 cancelation fee will be kept by the camping. In case you cancel your stay within 30 days prior to your arrival, there will be no monies refunded. b/for the periods : from 14 March to 27 June 2015 and from 29 August to 18 October 2015: Within these periods, all cancellation requests with proof of the reason for cancellation will be refunded, except the cancellation fee of 30. No reimbursement will be authorized in the event of a date arrival and/or an early departure. 5. Arrival is from 4 p.m. on the 1st day of rental and departure is before 10 a.m. on the last day of rental. No compensation can be claimed if the key to your accommodation is supplied between 4pm and 5pm on your day of arrival. Late arrivals are possible until up to 10 p.m, in which case must inform the reception by telephone before 6 p.m. 6. Reservations are only possible as from 2 nights or per week in high season; the dates of arrival are shown in the price list. 7. Included in your rental price: water, electricity, gas and access to the playground and animations. All our mobile homes are connected to the sewerage system. 8. A deposit of 300 will be required upon arrival ( 250 for eventual damage in the mobile home and 50 for each entrance badge to the site). This deposit will be returned to the client after the mobile home and inventory have been checked at departure and the entrance badge has been returned. The mobile home must be returned in the identical state of cleanliness as on arrival and the refrigerator must be defrosted, or a charge of 85 euros will be retained for cleaning fee and 27 euros for fridge defrost fee. Cash deposits can only be returned to our clients after the official opening time of the reception. If customers want to vaca te their mobile home before opening of the reception, they must provide a deposit by credit card. 9. The capacity of each mobile home (4, 6, or 8 people) is fixed because of insurance purposes and security. No additional people will be accepted (even babies or very young children). 10. Tents are strictly prohibited on the mobile home emplacements. Boat trailers and other trailers must be left in the exterior car park, if however your emplacement has room for a trailer, the tariff of an additional car will be applied. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Only those people whose names are stated on the booking contract will be allowed on the site. Any changes will have to be authorized by the camp site management team. 2. Upon arrival people should present themselves at reception in order to carry out general formalities (Payment of the rental balance and tourist tax, reception wristband and entrance badge). Balance of your account For stays from 27 June and 29 August 2015, the balance of your account has to be settled 30 days prior to arrival. If for any reason your final payment is not paid on the foreseen date, we will se nd you a recommended letter to remind you of the contract conditions (this reminder will cost you 15). It is imperative that your holiday is fully paid 2 weeks before your arrival date. If not, we have the full right to cancel your reservation and your deposit will be kept by the camping. For stays from 14 March to 27 June 2015 and from 29 August to 18 October 2015, the balance can be paid as follows: - either by bank cheque or by bank transfer, one month before the arrival date. - either by credit card or in cash upon your arrival on site (For payments by credit card we suggest that you verify the maximum amount you can pay with your credit card abroad with you bank branch before departure). The customer may want to pay their fees in several times. This payment method in several times without fees is only possible if there are several months between the date of booking and the date on which the outstanding balance is due. The customer must contact the site to arrange a payment schedule. Payments by Cheques Vacances (= holiday cheque ANCV): If paying by holiday cheque, only those with the upper slip attached can be accepted. Otherwise, we will return the holiday cheques to the customer and the balance will remain unpaid. A fee of 5% of the amount paid will be retained to offset bank fees associated with this type of payment whether it is for a cancellation of a payment or to modify the way payment is made. It is not mandatory to give change on holiday cheques, no refund will be made in case of overpayment. 3. No visitors can access the site without registration and authorization at reception. No visitor can access the pool of the campsite. The management team reserves the right to limit the number of visitors. Visitors must absolutely leave the campsite before midnight. Visitor s cars must be left in the exterior car park, which is not supervised. 4. Prices do not include tourist tax or reservation fee. 5. For security reasons the number of vehicles is limited per emplacement: - Emplacement mobil-home 4 to 6 people: maximum 1 car. - Emplacement mobil-home 8 people: maximum 2 cars. Additional cars will have to be parked on our exterior car park which is not supervised. 6. Every person must comply with the internal camp site rules and each tenant must have personal civil liability insurance. 7. Any disputes arising will be referred by us to the appropriate tribunal. 8. The accommodations are assigned based on availability and optimization of our planning. This assignment can be changed at any time before the keys to the accommodation are being handed over. Therefore, the client does not have the ability to choose an emplacement or the number of one s rental accommodation in advance. No number will be communicated before the stay. Should the hirer wish to change his allocated pitch/accommodation upon arrival, his request will be considered according to availability. Special requests must be specified by the customer at the time of booking. Of course, we will try to satisfy request within our ability but without any guarantee. Requests after sending the booking confirmation will not be considered. Our company nevertheless reserves the right to change the type of accommodation by upgrading the type of accommodation requested if there was no specific request made at the time of booking. 9. Access to campsite by car is prohibited between midnight and 7a.m. During these hours access will only be authorized by foot. 10. Pets of more than 10 kg are not accepted. All authorized animals must have a valid health certificate upon arrival. It is strictly forbidden to leave animals on their own in the rental accommodation. Dogs are not allowed on the surrounding beaches either in the swimming pool from our camping. Dangerous dog are formally prohibited. 11. Gas bottles will not be changed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. 12. Bank transfer fees remain the responsibility of the client and will have to be paid by the client. 13. All registered clients are obliged to wear the campsite wristband during their full stay. People refusing to wear a bracelet will be refused on site. Each authorized vehicle must display the campsite sticker during the full stay. 14. There is no lifeguard at the swimming pool, therefore children can only access the pools accompanied by an adult. In accordance with legislation shorts are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool and only bathing suits are authorized. 15. The opening times of the services on site can be communicated by telephone one week before your arrival on our site. These times are subject to change during the season with regards to the time of year and the weather conditions. 16. Group Bookings: When bookings for more than 4 mobile homes are made for the same dates by the same person or by different individuals knowing each other the booking is considered a "group booking". To make a group reservation, you will have to send a written request by letter or by to the person in charge for group bookings of the site. 17. The Management reserves the right to maintain the green areas of the campsite from 10am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday, using mowers and hedge trimmers to maintain the cleanliness of the campsite. 18. Our company cannot be held responsible for disruption caused by maintenance carried out by the site or the town (maintenance works, water or electricity cuts) that could disturb the guests' stay. 19. Complaints can only be considered when made during the stay and on site and in no case any later, or after the stay. Any dispute arising will be referred to the appropriate authorities. Any complaints should be made to the campsite reception in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and confirmed by to: reclamation@sudestvacances.fr, or in writing to the campsite reception, this must be received within a maximum period of 8 days after the return date. No complaints will be processed if they have not been mentioned during the stay at the campsite. 20. A WI-FI connection is provided to clients of the camping (payable). The camping cannot be held liable for any malfunction due to the Internet Service Provider. 21. CANCELLATION AND PREMATURE DEPARTURE INSURANCE: You have the possibility to subscribe to a cancelation or premature departure insurance when you pay the amount indicated on the rental contract. The insurance should be paid at the same time as the reservation contract. Guaranteed cancelation in the case of: Serious Illness, Serious Accident or Death, Destruction of professional premises, Theft in private or professional premises, Redundancy, Serious damage of your vehicle, Complications due to pregnancy. Guaranteed premature departure of your stay in the case of: Serious Illness, Injury or Death, Theft or serious damage in professional or private premises of the insured. 5 ALGEMENE RESERVERINGSVOORWAARDEN 2015 CAMPING LOU CANTAIRE CAMPING 1.Reserveringsaanvragen worden per post, telefoon, fax of geaccepteerd. Wat telefonische aanvragen betreft dient u echter binnen 72 uur een schriftelijke bevestiging te sturen. Het reserveringsformulier dient u ingevuld terug te sturen met de aanbetaling 110,- + reserveringskosten(zie tarieven). De persoon die de reservering maakt moet minstens 18 jaar oud zijn en in staat zijn om legaal te handelen op grond van deze verhuur voorwaarden. Waarbij de juistheid en de nauwkeurigheid op grond van de gegeven informatie gegarandeerd moet worden. Bovendien moet deze persoon een deelnemer in het verblijf zijn. De rechten van dit contract zijn niet overdraagbaar. Reservering aanvragen van niet-begeleide minderjarigen door de directe wettelijke voogd (vader of moeder) zullen worden afgewezen. Onze accommodaties zijn geschikt en ingericht voor gezinnen. Daarom worden reserveringen die aan deze voorwaarden voldoen met prioriteit behandeld. 2. Na ontvangst van uw contract en aanbetaling ontvangt u van ons een schriftelijke bevestiging van uw verblijfs data. 3. De reservering is voor een definitief vastgestelde periode. In geval van overmacht (overlijden, ongeluk, ernstige ziekte, plotselinge werkeloosheid ) waarbij een officiële verklaring kan worden overlegd, zal de aanbetaling worden terugbetaald, mits de annulering minimaal 3 weken voor de vastgestelde aankomstdatum wordt gemeld. Annulerings kosten : Aankomsten zijn mogenlijk vanaf 12 uur en vertrekken tot 12 uur. De betaling van het verblijf dient bij aankomst te worden voldaan; bij vroegtijdig vertrek wordt niet gerestitueerd, behalve wanneer de directie, na overleg, akkoord gaat. 5. De huurder verplicht zich om de vastgestelde periode in acht te nemen. Indien de huurder 24 uur na de in het huurcontract vastgestelde periode niet op Camping Les Cigales aanwezig is, zal dit reserveringsformulier zonder verdere formaliteiten ontbonden worden en komen te vervallen. De aanbetaling wordt dan als schadevergoeding gezien en zal derhalve niet aan de huurder terug worden betaald. De staanplaats kan vervolgens onmiddelijk door Camping Les Cigales worden verhuurd. 6. Het forfait is geldig voor een staanplaats voor tent of caravan of camper, een auto en 2 personen, toegang tot zwembad, spelen en animatie (uitgezonderd paardrijden en het bomen avonturenpark). De elektriciteit (16A) wordt berekend aan (zie tarieven) per dag en per staanplaats. Voor veiligheids- en administratieve redenen is het aantal personen per staanplaats gelimiteerd tot 6 personen. VERHUUR 1.Reserveringsaanvragen worden per post, telefoon, fax of geaccepteerd. Wat telefonische aanvragen betreft dient u echter binnen 72 uur een schriftelijke bevestiging te sturen. Waarbij de juistheid en de nauwkeurigheid op grond van de gegeven informatie gegarandeerd moet worden. Bovendien moet deze persoon een deelnemer in het verblijf zijn. Annulering voorwaarden: Annulering aanvragen worden per post, telefoon, fax geaccepteerd ( niet geaccepteerd). a/ Voor de periode van 27 juni tot 29 augustus 2015 : Voor annuleringen die wij meer dan 30 dagen voor uw verblijf ontvangen wordt de aanbetaling niet gerestitueerd en worden er 30,- annulerings kosten door ons in rekening gebracht. In geval van annulering binnen 30 dagen van de geplande aankomst datum wordt de aanbetaling niet terugbetaald. b/ Voor de periodes : -van 14 maart tot 27 juni 2015 en van 29 augustus tot 18 oktober 2015 Voor deze periodes worden alle annulerings aanvragen met een bewijs met de reden van annulering geheel terugbetaald met uitzondering van de betaalde annulerings kosten(30 ). 5. Op de dag van aankomst zijn aankomsten mogenlijk vanaf 16 uur en op de dag van vertrek kan men vertrekken tot 10 uur. Geen enkele schadevergoeding kan worden geëist als de sleutel van de gehuurde accommodatie geleverd wordt tussen 16u en 17u op de dag van aankomst. 6. Reserveren is alleen mogelijk met een minimum van 2 nachten óf een week in het hoogseizoen, de data van aankomst worden getoond in de prijslijst. Late aankomsten zijn mogenlijk tot 22uur, gelieve de receptie hierover inlichten voor 18 uur. 7. In de verhuurprijs zijn inbegrepen; water, electra, gas en de toegang tot zwembad, spelen en animatie. Alle stacaravans en huisjes zijn aangesloten op het rioleringssysteem. Alle stacaravans en huisjes zijn uitgerust met een terras, volledige inventaris en tuinmeubels. 8. Voor elke stacaravan of huisje wordt een waarborg van 300,- gevraagd (250, voor eventuele schade in de stacaravan of chalet en 50,- voor een toegangspasje voor de camping) Deze waarborgsom krijgt men terug bij vertrek, na contrôle van stacaravan en/of huisje en het inleveren van het toegangspasje. Voor vertrek vragen wij u de stacaravan en/of huisje schoon te maken en de koelkast te ontdooien, indien u dit niet doet zal er 85,- in rekening worden gebracht. Een borg die contant betaald is geworden kan alleen worden geretourneerd gedurende de openingstijden van de receptie. Wanneer gasten hun stacaravan op de dag van vertrek willen verlaten vóór opening van de receptie dan moeten zij de borg per credit card betalen. 9. Het tarief dat u betaalt voor de stacaravan/huisje is voor 4/5/6 of 8 personen, afhankelijk van de categorie die u heeft gehuurd. Meer personen dan het maximaal toegestane aantal zullen worden geweigerd. Extra personen (zelfs jonge kinderen) zullen eveneens worden geweigerd. 10. Tenten zijn niet toegestaan op de staanplaatsen voor stacaravans en huisjes. Extra auto s en aanhangwagens moeten buiten op de parkeerplaats worden geparkeerd. ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN 1. Alleen de personen waarvan de naam op het reserveringsformulier is ingevuld worden op de camping toegestaan. Wijzigingen moeten eerst door de Directie worden goedgekeurd. 2. Betaling van het resterende bedrag : Voor verblijven van 27 juni tot 29 augustus 2015 moet het resterende bedrag 30 dagen voor aankomst worden voldaan. Op de datum dat het resterende bedrag voor uw verblijf bij ons verschuldigd is, ontvangt u van ons een aangetekend schrijven waarin wij u aan de reserverings voorwaarden herrinneren. Uw volledig verblijf dient vervolgens minstens 15 dagen voor aankomst door u te zijn voldaan. Na deze datum zal uw verblijf door ons geannuleerd worden en de aanbetaling wordt niet gerestitueerd. (de kosten van het aangetekend schrijven van 15,- zijn voor uw rekening) Voor verblijven van 14 maart tot 27 juni 2015 en van 29 augustus tot 18 oktober 2015, kan het resterende bedrag als volgt worden voldaan: -Per bank overschrijving. -Per Credit kaart of Cash (Voor betalingen per Credit kaart raden wij u aan om voor vertrek van huis bij uw bank te informeren wat het maximum bedrag is dat kan worden betaald in het buitenland per Kredit kaart.) De sleutels van uw accommodatie worden alleen overhandigd wanneer het volledige huur bedrag en de borg betaald zijn. Gasten kunnen indien gewenst het gereserveerde verblijf in termijnen betalen. Deze regeling om in meerdere termijnen, zonder kosten, te betalen is alleen mogelijk als er nog een aantal maanden tussen de datum van de reservering en de datum van het verblijf zijn. De klant moet hiervoor contact opnemen met de camping om zodoende een betalingsregeling op te zetten. Betalen met vakantie cheques ANCV: Bij betaling per vakantie cheque kunnen alleen de originele tweedelige cheques worden geaccepteerd. Zo niet worden deze niet geïncasseerd teruggestuurd. Een vergoeding van 5% van het betaalde bedrag zal worden ingehouden met betrekking tot de kosten voor annulering van het verblijf of het wijzigen van de betalingswijze. Wisselgeld is niet verplicht bij deze wijze van betaling en er zal geen wisselgeld worden terug gegeven in geval men teveel heeft betaald. 3. Bezoekers worden geacht zich in de receptie te melden en het vastgestelde bedrag per bezoeker te betalen. Bezoekers hebben géén toegang tot het zwembad. De directie kan het aantal bezoekers per staanplaats limiteren. Bezoekers moeten absoluut de camping te verlaten voor middernacht. Bezoekers auto s moeten buiten op de parkeerplaats worden geparkeerd. 4. De tarieven zijn exclusief toeristenbelasting en reserveringskosten. 5. Om veiligheids redenenen is het aantal auto s per staanplaats gelimiteerd. Voor een 4/5/6 persoons stacarvan of huisje: maximaal 1 auto. Voor een 8 persoons stacaravan of huisje: maximal 2 auto s. Extra auto s moeten buiten op de parkeerplaats worden geparkeerd. 6. Alle gasten moeten het camping reglement accepteren en de huurders worden geacht een eigen verzekering te hebben. 7. In geval van een geschil kan alleen door de door de camping aangestelde rechtbank worden beslist. 8. De accommodaties worden toegewezen op basis van de beschikbaarheid en het optimaliseren van onze planning. Deze toewijzing kan op elk moment vóór de sleutel overdracht worden gewijzigd. Daarom is het niet mogelijkheid om een staanplaats of accommodatie van te voren te kiezen en géén plaats nummer zal vóór een verblijf worden meegedeeld of bevestigd. Wanneer men bij aankomst niet tevreden is met de aangewezen staanplaats zal de Directie dit proberen te veranderen, binnen de grenzen der mogelijkheden. Speciale verzoeken van de klant moeten worden opgegeven op het moment van reservering. Uiteraard zullen wij proberen om aan deze verzoeken te voldoen maar wij kunnen hierop geen garantie geven. Verzoeken na het versturen van de reserveringsbevestiging worden niet in behandeling genomen. Ons bedrijf behoudt zich echter het recht om het door u gekozen type accommodatie te veranderen i n een beter type accommodatie als u geen specifiek verzoek heeft ingediend op het moment van reserveren. 9. De toegang tot de camping met de auto is verboden tussen uur en 7.00 uur s ochtends. 10. Huisdieren zijn toegestaan tot 10kg maar moeten aan de lijn gehouden worden. U bent verplicht het gezondheidsboekje van uw huisdier bij u te hebben. Het is ten strengste verboden om dieren alleen te laten in de huur accommodatie. Honden zijn niet toegstaan op de stranden van Fréjus en Sainte Maxime en eveneens niet in het zwembad van de camping. Honden van de 1ste categorie zijn verboden. 11. Gasflessen worden niet verwisseld tussen 22uur en 8uur. 12. De kosten van een international overschrijving zijn voor rekening van de gast. 13. Het dragen van een armbandje dat u bij aankomst krijgt is verplicht gedurende het gehele verblijf, evenals een sticker van de camping die op uw auto wordt aangebracht. Gasten die het dragen van een armband weigeren, worden niet op de camping toegestaan. 14. De zwembaden zijn zonder toezicht, kinderen zijn daarom alleen toegestaan onder begeleiding van een volwassene. Bermudas en zwemshorts zijn volgens de Franse wetgeving verboden in het zwembad, alleen zwembroeken zijn in ons zwembad toegestaan. 15. De openings tijden van de verschillende diensten en services op de camping kunt u een week voor uw verblijf per telefoon opvragen. Deze tijden kunnen naar aanleiding van de tijd van het jaar en de weers omstandigheden gedurende het seizoen veranderen. 16. Groepsreserveringen: Bij een boeking van meer dan 4 stacaravans door dezelfde persoon of door verschillende individuen die elkaar kennen wordt de reservering beschouwd als een "groeps" boeking. Om voor een groep te reserveren, moet u ons schriftelijk of per de data en het aantal te reserveren plaatsen en/of stacaravans doen toekomen evenals de naam van de persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor de groep. 17. De Directie behoudt zich het recht voor om de groene zones van de camping van 10u tot 18u van maandag tot en met zaterdag te onderhouden, met behulp van maaimachines en heggenscharen om zodoende de netheid en de goede orde van de camping te behouden. 18. Ons bedrijf kan niet verantwoordelijk worden gesteld voor defecten of ongemakken veroorzaakt door de camping, stad of gemeente (onderhoudswerkzaamheden, water of elektriciteits problemen) die het verblijf van de gasten kan verstoren. 19. Klachten worden alleen in behandeling genomen wanneer deze direct gemeld worden aan de receptie. In geval van geschil kunnen alleen de desbetreffende rechtbanken beslissen. Klachten ten aanzien van een verblijf moeten in eerste instantie worden gemeld aan de receptie van de camping zodat het probleem zo snel mogelijk opgelost kan worden. Vervolgens moet de klacht per aan: reclamation@sudestvacances worden bevestigd of per brief aan de receptie van de camping. Deze klacht moet binnen 8 dagen na vertrek van de camping door de camping ontvangen zijn. Geen enkele klacht zal worden behandeld als deze niet ter sprake is gebracht tijdens het verblijf. 20. De draadloze internet verbinding (Wi-Fi) is beschikbaar voor kampeerders tegen betaling. De camping kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor eventuele storingen die ontstaan door de Internet Service Provider. 21. ANNULERINGS VERZEKERING EN VROEGTIJDIGE ONDERBREKING VAN UW VERBLIJF: Wij bieden u de mogenlijkheid om een verzekering af te sluiten voor annuleringen en het vroegtijdig onderbreken van uw verblijf Deze verzekering dient tegelijkertijd met het huurcontract te worden afgesloten. Deze verzekering biedt garantie in geval van annulering door: Ernstige ziekte, ernstig ongeluk of overlijden, verwoesting van zakelijk bedrijf, bedrijfs diefstal of privé diefstal, ontslag, ernstige autoschade, zwagerschaps problemen. Er wordt ook garantie verleent in geval van het vroegtijdig onderbreken van uw verblijf door: Ernstige ziekte, blessures door ongeval, overlijden, diefstal van persoonlijke en/of zakelijke bezittingen van de verzekerden.
