Follow that link to get to the online services 2. Click on Day camp IMPORTANT: You must read carefully all the instructions on each web page. IMPORTANT : LEISURE CARD = CARTE DU CITOYEN (SAINT-LAZARE S RESIDENTS). IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE A CARD FOR EACH FAMILY MEMBER TO BE ABLE TO REGISTER ONLINE. IMPORTANT: LES CÈDRES S RESIDENTS: YOU MUST OBTAIN A USER ID AND PASSWORD BY COMPLETING THIS FORM IN ADVANCE: Step 2 : Online services (login) Click here to create your account if it is the first time you register online. (SAINT-LAZARE S RESIDENTS) If you already have an account, sign in here.

IF YOU ALREADY HAD AN ACCOUNT, PLEASE GO TO STEP 5. Step 3 : Access online services You must have a valid resident card for a member of your family. Enter the card number and the birthdate (year-month-day)

3 Step 4 : Create your file You need to create your user code and your password Step 5 : Tax receipts To receive statement 24, you must fill-in the information. The window will pop up automatically unless you have already filled-in this information in the past. You can also click on Tax receipt directly. Step 6 : Select an activity Click on Register

4 Step 7 : Add an activity Click on add beside the name of the member you wish to register. Step 8: Select an activity You must select your activity with the drop down menu. Do no forget to click CONFIRM after each selection.

5 If your family file isn t up to date, it will appear at that time. It is important to complete all the fields and make sure that the information is still valid. Make sure the file are completed for both parents. To modify manually a file, click on Members.

6 Click on modify beside the family member file to visualize. Step 8: Select an activity (suite) Example for the selection of day camp weeks

7 If you wish to register your child to the daycare, you need to register the child for an activity before. Daycare will than appear in the drop down menu. Pick one week at a time. Once you have selected daycare, it might take a few seconds before you see the selection of days. You must select the daycare one week at a time. Click on confirm and return. Repeat this step for each week.

8 Step 9: Select activities for another child. Redo step 8 for each child you need to register. You can choose the name of the second participant in the list, or go back to my registration. Step 10: Payment When your registrations are completed, click on Return to my registrations summary.

9 Step 11: Payment Click on Confirm and pay. Step 12 : Payment Confirm you have read the step 2 by checking the box and click on continue with payment and the impression of the invoice.

10 Step 13 : Payment Please fill in your credit card information. Once you have fill-in all the fields, click on Pay. You will than be able to print a receipt.
