1 1. GENERAL INFORMATION International Wrestling Tournament THE FINAL "GOLDEN GRAND PRIX" IN MEMORY OF HEYDAR ALIYEV BAKU-AZERBAIJAN, November, 2016 REGULATIONS 1.1. The competition will be held on November in Baku, Azerbaijan It will take place in Baku Sports Hall, 26 A, Neftchilar avenue, AZ1004, Baku The competition will be held according to the UWW rules. 2. PARTICIPATION 2.1. All qualified wrestlers must take part in this final In case of injury of a wrestler, the country concerned must send a substitute Every wrestler must be in possession of a valid UWW license for Every competitor must be in the senior age group and must conform to the requirements of the Wrestling Rules. Nationality will be checked with the passport at the weigh-in Entries by name must be sent completed in Athena system before the 24 th of October The structure of the official delegation laid down by UWW is as follows. FREESTYLE WRESTLING FEMALE WRESTLING GRECO-ROMAN WRESTLING Wrestlers Team leaders Coaches Doctors Masseurs TOTAL If more than 3 wrestlers take part to the competition (all styles involved) delegation have to Referees register at least 1 referee President FN 1 General Secretary FN 1 Accompanying persons - 3. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS 3.1. The competition will take place in the following weight categories: - FS- 57, 61, 65, 70, 74, 86, 97, 125 kg - GR- 59, 66, 71, 75, 80, 85, 98, 130 kg - FW- 48, 53, 55, 58, 60, 63, 69, 75 kg 3.2. A weight tolerance of 2 kg will be accepted for each weigh-category The competition will take place on 3 Foeldeak mats The organizing committee will bear the costs of first aid during the competition. The annual UWW license covers the medical insurance for the wrestler in the event of an accident. If the insured party wants to have a medical examination or a treatment, which is not linked to the accident during the competition, the cost of this examination or treatment is to be borne by the person or his National Federation, Reimbursement of these costs cannot, in any circumstances, be undertaken by the insurance company. 4. REFEREES 4.1. Category S and I referee may officiate during the Golden Grand Prix..

2 5. PRIZES 5.1. The organizing committee will award cash prizes to each weight category according to below stated: Gold medal Silver medal Bronze medal Bronze medal 5.000$ USD 3.000$ USD 1.000$ USD 1.000$ USD 6. OFFICIAL CEREMONIES 6.1. Each participating team must present at the opening ceremony in accordance with the organizing committee's instructions No national anthems and no flag hoisting during the medal ceremony, merely an announcement (trumpet or UWW anthem) 7. FINANCIALCONDITIONS 7.1. The organizing Federation will cover the participation fee (board and lodging) of the participants (in Compliance with the authorized number per delegation in UWW Regulations). The obligations related to the board and lodging, reception and transport of participants in a Golden Grand Prix are the same as for a Continental or World Championships for the period (two days before the competition and one day after) Delegations with more members than allowed in article 2.5 of these Regulations, as well as delegations which stay longer than the period allowed in article 7.1 must pay 160 Euro per person per day. 8. ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT 8.1. The Organizing Committee will provide transport for the teams from their arrival at the nearest international airport to the event and from the local railway station Accommodation for all delegations will be in double rooms with full sanitary facilities Meals corresponding to the calorific value as stated in the UWW Rules (5,000 cal/day) will be served to accreditation holders in the hotels where they are accommodated. 8.4 Sauna will be an available at the training place. 9. JOURNALISTS-TELEVISION-VIDEO RECORDING- INTERNET Accreditation must be requested on Athena system Journalists are responsible for their own accommodation and board. However, hotels can be arranged for them if they send the accreditation forms in time A press centre with all the necessary equipment will be placed at the disposal or journalists from MISCELLANEOUS 10.1 Please fill in the visa form and upon receipt of the visa support letter, contact the Azerbaijan embassy in your county. All countries must get their visas at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in their country. However, all delegations must send their visa application forms to the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation until October 24, 2016 along with the accurate flight information in order to make all the necessary arrangements Airport Landing Visa Letter will be provided only to the countries which has not Embassy of Azerbaijan Republic in their countries. To get Airport Visa Letter, valid passport copies should be sent to Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation till 24 th of October.
