Il est le co-fondateur de DTZ Asset Management, société créée en 1999 et devenue l un des leaders de la gestion d actifs immobiliers pour compte de tiers en Europe. Il a auparavant exercé différentes fonctions de direction chez Goldman Sachs/Archon, Ernst & Young et au Crédit Foncier. Titulaire d un DESS de Droit Immobilier de l Université Panthéon-Sorbonne et diplômé de l ESCP Europe, il a reçu la «Pierre d Or» 2004 dans la catégorie «Asset Manager» et l Award 2009 European Pensions dans la catégorie «Property Manager». François Brisset is one of the professionals who most contributed to the development of real estate asset management in France. He co-founded DTZ Asset Management in 1999, which became one of Europe s leading independent asset management companies. Previously, he held various senior positions at Goldman-Sachs/Archon, Ernst & Young and Crédit Foncier. Graduated from ESCP Europe Business School and post-graduated in Real Estate Law from Pantheon-Sorbonne University. In 2004, he was distinguished with a «Pierre d Or» in the «Asset Manager» category, and received the 2009 European Pensions Award in the «Property manager» category. Avant de rejoindre Catella Asset Management, il était Directeur des Acquisitions et de l Asset Management chez DTZ Asset Management, après avoir été Asset Manager sur des portefeuilles de gestion stratégique résidentielle puis Directeur du Développement International. Précédemment, il a été successivement Ingénieur travaux et Directeur d une société immobilière aux États-Unis. Il est diplômé de l ESTP. Olivier HAJJAR Fondateur / Directeur général Founder / Managing Director olivier.hajjar@catella.fr Prior to joining Catella Asset Management, he was Head of Acquisitions and Asset Management at DTZ Asset Management, after holding positions as Asset Manager of Residential strategic portfolios and Head of International Business Development. Previously, he worked as principal site engineer then Director of a real estate company in the U.S.A. He graduated from the ESTP Engineering School.

Avant de rejoindre Catella Asset Management, elle était General Counsel chez DTZ Asset Management. Précédemment, elle travaillait pour le cabinet d avocats Jones Day puis Clifford Chance. Elle a une expérience approfondie en matière d acquisition et cession d actifs de sociétés immobilières ainsi que de financements immobiliers. Diplômée de l ESCP, elle a un DESS de droit des affaires et fiscalité de l Université Paris II Assas. Elle est titulaire du Certificat d Aptitude à la Profession d Avocat. Alexa SEMPIANA Fondatrice / Directeur général Founder / Managing Director alexa.sempiana@catella.fr Prior to joining Catella Asset Management, she was DTZ Asset Management s General Counsel. Previously, she was a lawyer at Jones Day then Clifford Chance law firms. She has extensive experience in dealing with acquisitions and disposals of assets for real estate companies as well as real estate financing. She graduated from ESCP Europe Business School and holds a Master of Law and Post-Graduate Degree in Tax and Business Law from the University of Paris II Assas. She was admitted to the Paris bar. Avant de rejoindre Catella Asset Management à sa création, il était Asset Manager chez DTZ Asset Management où il a participé à la réalisation d acquisitions d actifs immobiliers ainsi qu à la gestion de dossiers d investissement. Précédemment, il avait créé un organisme de formation spécialisé en immobilier. Fabien AYVAZIAN Directeur des Acquisitions Head of Acquisitions Prior to joining Catella Asset Management upon inception, he was an Asset Manager at DTZ Asset Management where he was actively involved in the completion of acquisitions and the management of real estate investments. Previously, he set up a training institution specialized in real estate. Il est diplômé de HEC et titulaire du Masters CEMS de l ESADE (Barcelone). Bertrand BOUCLY Directeur Portfolio & Asset Management Head of Portfolio & Asset Management Prior to joining Catella Asset Management, he was Head of Acquisitions and Financing at Shaftesbury Asset Management (France), of which he became later CEO. Previously, he held various positions in mergers and acquisitions at BNP Paribas in New-York City and Crédit Suisse First Boston in London, and asset-backed finance at Nomura International in London.
