ATTENTION : passé ce délai, sans votre règlement, la réservation sera annulée. 2 - CONDITIONS D'ANNULATION : toute annulation doit être notifiée par lettre recommandée. Si le vacancier annule sa réservation 30 jours avant la date d arrivée prévue ou, s il ne se présente pas à la date d arrivée prévue, il sera retenu la totalité des sommes déjà versées. 3 - ARRIVEE RETARDEE OU INTERRUPTION DU SEJOUR : toute arrivée tardive ou interruption de séjour ou de prestations non consommées par le vacancier pour quelque cause que ce soit ne donnera lieu à aucun remboursement. 4- OBLIGATIONS : le vacancier est tenu de se conformer au règlement intérieur (un exemplaire vous sera envoyé sur simple demande), notamment pour l interdiction par arrêté préfectoral de barbecue à charbon dans le département de la Drôme, le bruit, les visiteurs, le tri des déchets, l utilisation du parking 5 - NOMBRE D'OCCUPANTS : si le nombre d occupants dépasse la capacité indiquée dans le contrat et sans accord préalable, le gérant du camping se réserve le droit de rompre le contrat ou de recevoir une majoration. Toutefois le nombre d occupants ne peut en aucun cas dépasser la capacité d accueil (les bébés étant compris comme une personne). 6 - TAXE DE SEJOUR : le vacancier et ses ayants droits devront supporter, en sus de la location, la taxe de séjour due à la Communauté de Communes du Pays-de-l Herbasse. La taxe de séjour est imposable, par nuit et par personne. 7 - CAUTION : pour la location de chalets et de bungalows toilés une caution de 225 vous sera demandée le jour de votre arrivée et vous sera restituée le jour de votre départ (sauf déduction éventuelle des frais de remise en état de l hébergement, et du remboursement du matériel manquant ou détérioré). En cas de départ en dehors des horaires d ouverture de la réception, la caution vous sera, après vérification, renvoyée par courrier postal. Une somme forfaitaire de 60 sera retenue si la location n est pas rendue dans le meilleur état de propreté. Payment of the stay : once we get your booking form and your booking deposit, according to availabilities, we send you a booking confirmation. The balance of your stay must be paid according to the following conditions : For camping : at your arrival. For rental : at the maximum 30 (thirty) days before the planned date of your arrival. CAUTION : after this time limit, if we did not get your payment, the booking will be cancelled. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS : any cancellation must be notified by registered letter. If the holiday-maker does not cancel his booking at the maximum 30 (thirty) days before the planned date of arrival, or if he does not come at the planned date of arrival, any payment already made will be kept. Delay on arrival or interruption of the stay : any delay on arrival or interruption of the stay for any reason whatsoever will not give any right to repayment. OBLIGATIONS : the holiday-maker has to follow the camping internal rules (you can get a copy of it on demand) particularly about the noise, visitors, waste sorting out, parking lot use NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS : if the number of occupants ecxedes the capacity stated in the contract, the camping manager takes the right, without any pre-agreement, to break the contract or get an extra charge. RESORT TAX : the holiday-maker and the peolple accompanying him will have to pay, in addition to the rental price, the resort tax due to Community of Councils of Le Pays-de-l Herbasse. The resort tax is due per night and per person. SURETY : for the rental you will have to give a surety of 225 on the day of your arrival, which will be given back to you on the day of your departure (except for possible deduction of the accomodation repairing fees, and of the refund for missing or broken accessories). In case of a departure while the reception is closed, the surety will be sent back to you by mail after checking of the accommodation. A forfait of 60 will be kept if the accomodation is not returned in the best state of cleanliness. Nota : the surety does not constitute a limit of responsibility for the tenant.
